For a long time I was outraged by the work of this enterprise. But I want to say that there are also very conscientious employees there. I want to thank Master Irina. For two weeks in the winter of 2024, there was no car and the garbage was not taken away when the car was. I have a baby. I called the specified phone numbers and was directed to Irina. She explained the situation and promised that they would take away all the garbage. She called me back and asked if all the garbage had been taken away. I was very pleasantly surprised. Irina, thank you very much for your attention, this is a rarity. Now they began to pick up garbage during (before lunch), with rare exceptions, when there are simply no cars (broke down), but if they did not pick up during the time, they always take what they did not take away and new garbage. Sometimes it even happens that they arrive after lunch, if the car has been repaired. I see the difference between how it was and how it became. I just want to wish you an improvement in the quality of service and patience 💯 🫶

Every time I need to sign a contract, I get into a quiet horror of having to call the contract work department, since no one reads letters in the mail there. The woman responds simply inadequately, it is very difficult to find a common language with her and without listening to hysterics in her address to achieve why I am calling. After such communication, nerves simply rise, and an unpleasant impression is created about the organization.

The garbage is still standing. No one lives in the house, I make payments all year round. Garbage is displayed only in the spring and autumn period. The big question is what we pay money for!!!!! If the issue is not resolved this week, you will have to ask the city administration for help.
