I want to express my great gratitude to Inna Ivanovna!!!In difficult times, which happens in every family, we turn for help to services that we would not like to know about. But it is very important that people and the organization be conscientious and sometimes even sympathetic, despite the peculiarity of their work... Inna Ivanovna, a person with a capital letter, helped, sympathized and did everything possible.Thank you so much for that. Sincerely, Tamara Afanasyeva

If I hadn't had to take my mother to my father at the Lesnoye cemetery, I would never have applied to this organization for funeral services.
The extortion of money and problems began as soon as they entered the administration building at the Lesnoye cemetery.
We had a place for two burials, on one there was a monument on a temporary foundation, both places were fenced with blocks installed on the sand without a concrete screed.
The administration said that it was necessary to dismantle the monument and the block fence. They demanded payment of 1,700 rubles (dismantling of the monument and fencing - 1,000 rubles, digging of the grave from 400 to 700 rubles) + thanks to the diggers - 100 rubles. Maybe someone can pay such money, we did not have such funds and we refused the offered services and carried out the dismantling on our own.
There were some excesses at Olshevsky's head office when making estimates for digging a grave. In the abnormally warm January of 2025, without snow and frost, they tried to turn on snow removal (in the absence of it) – 90 rubles and jackhammer work – 110 rubles. Thanks to our funeral agent Artyom, these works were not included in the estimate, and the cost of digging the grave was about 400 rubles.
During the dismantling work on our own (it took 3 hours: the block fence was removed, the monument was removed and the ground was leveled, the garbage was removed), visual and photographic control was carried out behind us – it is not clear for what purpose.
But the problems didn't end there. Arriving at the appointed time for burial, it turned out that the grave had not yet been dug (one man with an Asian appearance was digging). Then another digger arrived, then another, and for half an hour they dug the grave, while we and the farewells waited in the wind for when we could say goodbye and bury my mother.
Those present were extremely outraged by this "mess". The farewell dragged on for two hours instead of an hour. It was probably revenge for the refusal of dismantling services and the failure to receive illegal funds. It looks like a racket from the 2000s.
If possible, avoid it (like a bad dream) Avoid this organization.
We express our gratitude to the ritual agent Artyom and his team. Their work was impeccable.

I want to share my thoughts about visiting this organization. Mom said, "Let's go here, it's cheaper and they won't cheat." As a result: we stood in line for an hour and a half; they don't do what we wanted (they say take what is ready). And they take 100% prepayment!
We went to a private trader at Olshevsky 20, they told us everything, suggested how to do better. The price turned out to be more reasonable and on time — within a month.
And this state—owned company is for pensioners who think that it is better here because it is a state organization. They probably don't read reviews either…
