The hotel exceeded our expectations. We stayed with a large company of 33 people in 16 rooms and everyone was satisfied. The rooms are bright, clean, and spacious. The food is varied and fresh. The reception is friendly and always ready to help with any question. I highly recommend it to everyone, you will not regret and make the right choice. It's not very far from the center, in a straight line.

A good new hotel for adequate money. The staff is the best! The location is not bad, 7 minutes by taxi to Republic Square. Everything is new, the design is excellent. TV with SmartTV. All accessories are available, including a bathrobe and slippers. My wife was given a cake for her birthday, it was very nice! I liked everything.

There were bedbugs on the bed . Because of what I could not sleep peacefully . I saw and killed two and then I was afraid that I would see more or they would climb on me . At the reception , the administrators did not want to help me and somehow assist in my problem with the fact that I could not withdraw money from an ATM , at least to show participation . Also , the temperature in the hotel room was strange . The room as a whole is not bad, you just need to adjust the temperature, service and process everything.

We decided to spend a vacation in Armenia with a friend. Since it's August, and we gathered at the last moment, all the checked accommodation has already been booked. According to reviews, we found a good hotel Sphera by Stellar hotels like 4☆. Booked, paid, arrived... Check-in at 14.00 is standard, we arrived much earlier, we wanted to pay extra for an early check-in, but our room was still occupied, apparently there were no others and we were asked to wait. At 14.00 we went to the reception and then for the first time our unpleasant acquaintance with this hotel took place, our room was not cleaned and we were asked to wait another 20 minutes. We chatted to the innocent girl at the reception and went to wait... After 20 minutes, we were settled into a freshly cleaned room, a stylish interior, a comfortable bed (2 girls did not even offer to move the double bed into two separate beds) and a piece of a fallen-off folk nail on a freshly mowed carpet. Then the shower: for some reason, all shampoos, etc. in one copy, even a disposable toothbrush is also one, apparently we had to share it... however, after 5 minutes we found the second one, however, in a box on the bathroom table. Together with something else wet, used and incomprehensible. Today is the 5th day at this hotel, we are leaving tomorrow. They "clean up" every day. Someone before us used the brush is still in place. In general, all the cleaning is making the bed and taking out the garbage. We are 2 girls, even the hair in the bathroom has never been dared. But the last straw today was the loss of open soap and the lack of toilet paper... the open one was taken away, but the new one was not put in. There is half a roll of paper, there is no new one. Like the body lotion, it was never changed, although we were the only one who used it. By the way, there is no second set of shampoo, etc. The towels were not changed even once, even when I stained mine with blood from a cut finger. in general, dirt and economy spoiled the whole impression. And the hotel as a whole is good, polite staff at the reception, everyone speaks several languages. We responded to all requests, the non-working safe was replaced (thanks to the engineer for his patience). But cleaning is not their thing. By the way, the heated towel rail in our room also did not work for a single day
