We were at this institution on Komsomolskaya Street. We booked a table, we came. We waited 20 minutes for the waiter to place an order. We made an order, 2 dishes, 2 cocktails, dessert. Dessert arrived 40 minutes later...after another half hour, one dish and after 10 minutes more. It turns out one is eating, the other is watching... rush. We have eaten, we are waiting for cocktails...the waiter was called over, he says "as the checks arrive."..the girls at the next table, without booking a table, received their cocktails half an hour later..It is not clear who is lying. Каждый любитель настоек обязательно должен посетить этот бар. Большой выбор на любой вкус по приятным ценам. Практически каждый день разные акции, особенно выгодно заглядывать по средам.
Персонал вежливый и быстро обслуживает, есть бронь столиков. Из минусов можно выделить только то что сам по себе бар небольшой и не всегда есть свободные столики.

The table was booked in this institution in advance, a call was made on the day of the visit to confirm the reservation and the administrator voices it 2 hours later, how is that? the table was confirmed on the summer terrace, the day was rainy on 02.07, and we were taken to a table with no umbrella over it and told to come here. The chairs are wet, there is no umbrella. Of course, we did not sit there, we were not offered anything else and we ourselves moved under the table with an umbrella, the place was completely empty. The waitress, who was minding her own business a couple of meters away from us, threw the phrase "you'll have to go to your table anyway." Where to? In the rain? 4 people, 1 menu was brought, until they asked for more.
Waiting for the waiter to accept the order for more than 15 minutes. Only our table is occupied.
We made an order. They began to bring dishes in different order, although 2 orders were completely identical. After 20 minutes, two people can't take out their food, to the question what's the matter? Answer: you didn't order two salads, but one. And he starts arguing instead of apologizing. We ordered 4+1 shots. Brings 6, you ordered 4 + 2. You can't remember an elementary order, write it down!!! The wait for the dishes is long, they are simply forgotten about.
Spoil the vegetable salad with ketchup/mayonnaise dressing. Croutons with a ton of mayonnaise.
The food is mediocre, no taste, clog the stomach.
During the evening, no one comes up, is not interested in how you like the dishes, maybe you want something else? The disgusting service of the waiter girl, I do not understand why to take people who do not want to work and do not know how to communicate with the client from the word at all, with a sour face. In the end, she came up with the phrase "the next reservation has arrived" and silently left. I came and what? Invite us to move, apologize, and discuss with the visitors how to resolve this issue. She said it and left.
It's amazing how this place still holds up in the city center. The mood was completely ruined by such an attitude towards the guests.
I do not recommend this place if you want to have a delicious and pleasant evening.
You will be disappointed.

Значит скажу прямо, отзывы в этом месте противоречивые. Однако, побывав здесь однажды, хочется вернуться снова.
Отдыхали с подругами и решили зайти вечером: мест нет- странно…, на следующие день забронировали места и прекрасно отдохнули! Бармены-лапочки, но почему-то их не может понять большинство гостей: вечером в выходные реальная запара и им сложно за всеми успеть…
В общем о ГЛАВНОМ: настойки лучше пить по воскресеньям (акция 5+5), и быть готовым к некоторому ожиданию в «час пик», но поверьте, лучше так, чем переплачивать за невкусные коктейли в соседних барах…)
А блогерам вообще не верьте: пришел при нас какой-то тип , и всё грозился антирекламой, видите ли его не обслужили;
Делайте вывод сами, но это место заслуживает шанса❤️

Атмосфера отличная, все казалось бы нормально, но есть большое но….
Я конечно понимаю, что алкоголь и ингредиенты для коктейлей низшего качества (цена такая), но так плохо сделать коктейли, это надо постараться, они были отвратными, мы заказали 3 разных и это было максимально плохо, можете прийти, посидеть, но алкоголь тут делают просто отвратнейший

Приятный персонал, особенно официант Марина) хорошее заведение, но маловато места, соответсвенно бронь обязательна. Настойки 10/10, особенно настойка Нутелла. Бургеры и хот доги средние, заесть настойку вполне пойдет. Музыка играет достаточно громко, собеседника слышно, но говорить надо громче обычного. Не рекомендовал бы для первого свидания, хотя конечно если ты не хочешь её слышать, то да!) Хорошее место. Рекомендую смело. Настойки пушка!!!
