One could say that the table is free for half an hour, not everyone comes there to sit for a long time, sometimes you go in for a tincture and went on. The receptionist was pleasant, all the tables were on reservation, but there were 2 hours left before the reservation and we were seated, which is very pleasant. The tinctures are incredible, the best in Minsk. It's a terrible place. not only do the waiters ignore the visitors, they allow themselves to communicate as if we are old friends (for example, a menu or an order is a phrase said by the waiter on the first approach to us). After that, the receptionist made a compliment in the form of shots in very dirty dishes, absolutely all the shots were dirty. There are also questions about how the waiters serve the food)) We ordered burgers and while they were quietly cooling down at the distribution, the waitresses rubbed their butts against the guests and each other. The burgers got cold, the receptionist came up, touched them with her fingers, then took the dishes away and when she returned, offered to warm them up after her dirty hands- brilliant. To our objections that we wouldn't eat them after that, she just sat across from us and looked at us as if she expected us to come up with a solution to the problem, not her. I would also like to note that the requested napkins were not brought to us for half an hour, we had to pick toilet paper and wipe the table ourselves. And I also want to mention the waitress, who raised a fuss and panic, shouting about how tired she was and it was time to press the alarm button when the fight started (by the way, no one from the staff stopped the fight either). Emotions are emotions, but why make the guests panic. In general, the visit is terrible, the receptionist is just a disappointment of the year)

We booked a table for a birthday inside the institution, as a result, they were rude to us, the administration threw a chair at the crazies, proving to us that we allegedly did not book (although she herself found our reservation in a telegram and showed us). First, the administrator found our CONFIRMED application, then she began to prove that there was no reservation, then she wanted to sit us on the summer terrace (the table was ordered for the whole night with the weather at 5 degrees), then she sent us to Oktyabrskaya, as a result they just left, because she could not solve this problem, showed her dissatisfied appearance and she ran away from us for 30 minutes. If you do not want to spoil your vacation or holiday, I do not advise you to go!!
