Nice hotel, clean rooms, very hearty breakfast. There are several stops nearby, it is convenient to get to the center. There is also a store nearby, in residential areas. I would like to say a special thank you to the hotel staff for preparing lunch boxes for us for early check-out. This is very valuable and pleasant on your part. Positive:
- Clean enough
- The interior is very simple and inexpensive, but not annoying, such a basic base :)
- the service is also minimalistic, but there is nothing to blame the administrators, everything is fine
– the mattress is quite acceptable, the bed is normal.
Minuses:
- If someone is jumping and jumping in the corridor, that's all. You can also hear the neighbors behind the wall. However, it is impossible to make out the words.
– Faucets are not a fountain: the faucet broke in my hands on the second day (probably it would have been fixed, but I left)

Before booking, be careful to read additional information to see the reason for the super low price - the lack of hot water for the summer period. Unfortunately, we did not see this information, and a notification from the hotel with a warning came to our mail on the day of check-in, and at that time we were just on our way to Minsk. Booking other places of residence on the same day or the next is a difficult option: either everything is already occupied, or the prices are high, and therefore we were forced to stay.
The lack of hot water might not be such a significant problem if the hotel had at least somehow solved it. They don't have water heaters. We were offered to pour hot water from the cooler! Important! Cooler for the whole hotel 1 on the ground floor!) Of course, they don't have containers either - provide for yourself. Kettles are not provided in the rooms and it is naturally forbidden to use them, even if you buy them yourself. For a second: a bucket (8L) and a container in the fixed price list were purchased for 5 b.rub!!!! In our opinion, the hotel is able to provide rooms with at least this for the period of water outage ... this will not amount to huge financial expenses (for example, if there are 134 rooms in the same fix * 5 rubles = 670 rubles, although when purchased in some other place, also wholesale, it could be much cheaper). We went to the kitchen to have a pot of water heated for us, which was also refused.
We share our experience of how we got out of the situation - the Caribbean Sauna (works around the clock), in the morning from 8 to 14 you can take a pool, there is also a shower with hot water for 1 hour for 10 rubles (you can do more if desired), after 14 the Sauna is at least 2 hours, an average of 45 rubles an hour.
The following situation. We booked a one-room superior room for two (when searching, we looked at rooms for TWO, when booking, we indicated that there would be TWO residents, even entered information about the guests), however, when checking in, we had only one set of towels in our room. We were given another set at the reception without any problems with a comment that the room is designed for one person, so there is one set of towels.
The attitude of the staff at the reception was extremely disliked due to the complete lack of customer orientation, at least minimal: the reaction to questions from employees with rolled eyes, sighs, which is extremely unpleasant.
They clearly have problems with sewerage, when using water from both the tap and the shower there is a disgusting smell. In addition, water was flowing from under the shower stall. The carpet both in the room and in the hallway is dirty, as if it has not been changed and chemical treatment has not been carried out.cleaning since the construction of the hotel) And that's not the end of it! Maybe we were so lucky, but a drawer was constantly opening spontaneously in the room by the chest of drawers. The toilet seat was broken. In the superior room, there were still traces of worn-out repairs in quite a few places. The linen is worn - torn sheets, sewn in some places, towels with stains. The pillows should have been updated already, since the filler is all crumpled up.
And for the final, when cleaning the room and changing the bed linen, a sleeping white T-shirt was safely taken away with him, which was lying in bed. Twice we asked for a search, which, as it became no longer surprising for us, no one knows anything, no one has seen or found anything. During the eviction, they asked about the T-shirt again, to which the answer was again - nothing was found. Also about the cleaning, the maid cleans the trash in the bathroom every day, for 9 nights of stay we had bed linen changed twice. But at the same time, wet cleaning of the floors was not carried out either before our check-in, or during our stay - the long black hair of the previous guests lay in different parts of the room while we lived in it.
Room facilities: shower room, toilet, sink (very small, inconvenient to use), bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables, table, two chairs, plate and two glasses, TV. The lack of a refrigerator and a kettle in the room is disappointing.
Despite all of the above, making a discount on the star rating of the hotel, one could close one's eyes to all the shortcomings if not for the negligent attitude of the staff.
As wishes for future possible guests - to be more attentive when booking, to overpay a little, but to live in more comfortable conditions; owners - to familiarize themselves with the concept of customer orientation, to think about improving the service provided and still about the need for repairs :)

We rested there on June 5, 2024 for 5 days. The hotel is good, it says 2 stars, but I would put 3 or 4. Of the cons: there is no refrigerator and air conditioning, but it is not needed, very good ventilation. Central heating. A large bathroom with a shower and a toilet with it, a sink. The sink is too small. Everything is clean, lots of lockers, TV. You can get boiling water for tea downstairs. Parking, free Wi-fi in the rooms. Good cleaners saw that we had a small child and immediately gave us three sets of towels and more for washing. There is a place to iron clothes. Polite, helpful staff. In general, I liked everything and for very little money.

This is a chain of several hotels in Minsk. Although 2 stars, but quite!
The room is single, very spacious, There is a TV, no bathroom, a single bed. But there is a convenient table-bench for a suitcase.
There is no Kondei. There is carpet on the floor in the room. Upon arrival, it seemed to be clean, but there was still dust on the surfaces. A charging socket at the head of the bed.
The bathroom is also huge, I would also put a bedside table or a table in the corner). Shower stall. Disposable soap, gel. There is shampoo.
The breakfast is a very decent buffet. I recommend.
A cafe is open until 23-00, they say they cook well.
There is no cooler, but if in the morning, you can pour water at breakfast.
Although the hotel is on the outskirts, it is located in a great location, there are reservoirs, a beach and a forest nearby, as well as the area of the villas "Drozdy", you can walk everywhere. The neighborhood itself is a new development, many sports facilities. Opposite the hotel there is a Euroopt, a budget supermarket chain, a little further down the avenue there is an Arena shopping center with a food court, and there is also a cool Green supermarket with cooking.
Behind the hotel, 300 meters away, the final bus stop, in particular number 1 goes to the center (25-30 minutes) and its final railway station there. You can buy a ticket at the bus stop, but I got into a technical break for 1.5 hours! Or you can get it from the driver, 90 kopecks. Only you need to have a smaller bill.
I really liked everything about the hotel.

In principle, neither bad nor good. However, the price of tea in the cafe was amazing - there was no packaged tea, they offered a large glass of tea for 5 rubles!!!! 5 rubles, Karl!!!! This is an unrealistic price of tea in a 2* hotel. Coffee at the reception is also 5 rubles!! Horror in general, at IT time, tea with lemon costs 2 rubles for Kuprevich, quite an adequate price. I would like a comment from the management company or the head of the hotel on this issue.

A great inexpensive hotel. Convenient departure from Minsk to the MKAD. There is a bus stop 300 meters away. The city center is 20 minutes away by 1 room. A train stop is 400 meters away. 10 min. to the railway station.
Great friendly staff. The hotel is clean and tidy. The rooms are spacious. A very tasty and hearty breakfast. (Buffet).
Among the disadvantages: the lack of a refrigerator in the rooms, there is no cooler on the floors and a VERY small washbasin.

I will leave this review so that others will not be disappointed. The hotel is 2 stars, but not even one. I took this hotel according to reviews, but apparently many were bought. It was important for me - cleanliness and a comfortable bed, because of this, nothing was done. In the room, gum, snot and boogers are smeared on the walls, gum is on the ceiling, dark traces of spilled liquid and dirt are on the carpet. There is a compressed smell of a sweaty worker in the room. Beds with springs that can be felt. According to the director, Well, teenage athletes stay with us and you can't keep track of the clean, but grandmothers clean up - they don't see much. BUT how can this be understood by the bright, beautiful photos on the services??? I think you need to write about this on all services when booking! Or distribute rooms for ordinary tourists and athletes. For me, the shock is a complete lack of cleanliness!!! Why did the management absolutely ignore this question??? What are 2 stars for - for just being there???

I'm not happy with the hotel.
We lived on the 7th floor, it was terribly stuffy. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired, the shower does not fix normally and everything flows.
I didn't like the breakfast. It was not included in the price, we went down to the cafe and paid on the spot (22 bel. rub.), but there was nothing to eat!
I forgot my jacket in the room, and here the situation is just terrible. I wrote to the hotel and asked to see it. After the interrogation and the photo I sent, the administrator wrote that they had my jacket. I asked him to hold on, as there is an opportunity to pick up with the help of another person. They sent me to a meeting.
I unsubscribed in advance that I would call a courier tomorrow and pick up my thing, but in the morning I got a message that there was no jacket! And the administrator misunderstood me and confused the Armani jacket with a red sports jacket - we draw conclusions.
Stealing the forgotten things of the guests is extremely low and is not allowed!
I really liked Minsk, but I don't recommend going to this hotel and I don't recommend it to anyone!

The cafe has delicious soup, beer, incredibly delicious pickled herring, but the rest is, well, so-so, bland, ordinary, sometimes tasteless. Sometimes they survived. We settled in for two days during the period when the hot water was turned off in the area for prevention. The hotel warned us about the shutdown in advance, the price was accordingly promotional. Breakfast is not included in the price, but you can come to the cafe in the morning from 7.00 to 11.00 and buy a buffet breakfast right there. Russian bank cards are accepted everywhere. Only Belarusian rubles in cash cannot be withdrawn from the RNKB card in the terminal. There is a grocery store near the hotel. Our room (for four) had two separate rooms, a combined bathroom. Before us, as we were told, there was a family with children. The pigsty is creepy, the drawer was full of garbage (wrappers, empty bottles), the maid did not notice that it was there. The whole carpet was stained with wet spots - the guests had cleaned it. Unpleasant. There are also a lot of cupboards in the room, there are a lot of bedside tables, there is a TV in each room, but there is also, alas, no refrigerator. The area of the hotel is very quiet. Sometimes you can only hear the trains . Overall, the impression is satisfactory.

The mattress was dirty with stains. I fixed the grille. But, it broke down at night and in the morning. They did not arrange an analysis, since they were only one night, but the impressions are very sad, My son's door was broken in one place. The cafe at the hotel left an even more depressing impression. Breakfast costs 20 Belarusian rubles per person. There is practically nothing to eat. The buffet is very meager. Cold, hard puffs, fruits in small quantities on a small plate, thin slices, the omelet is terrible, the casserole is poorly cooked, the porridge is also tasteless. If you dare to stay in this place, then definitely do not take breakfast. You can eat in many cafes in Minsk. Especially if you travel by car.This hotel is just a waste of money. It is better to be more expensive, but with high quality.
