I liked all the group training coaches. There are quite a lot of classes and they are different. Yoga, Pilates, body, etc. The gym is small.The simulators themselves are modest in size and variety.The women's locker room is quite free, there is a shower room.The location is very convenient, near the metro, within walking distance. The girls at the reception are very friendly. The only drawback is the ventilation system. That's why I'm shooting a star. In such a room, where everything is on sports, you need good air circulation.

"Very nice place, friendly staff," I wrote earlier, but everything has changed. The staff at the reception changed. It really spoils the overall feeling. They barely greet each other, discontented looks and faces.
The situation is indicative: I was given a male number. I only noticed it in the locker room, I came back. It would seem like a nonsense matter if the employees smiled and said, "Oh, sorry." But they looked at me as if I didn't understand what I wanted from them, without a single word they took me away and gave me another one. It's good that they at least gave it to me.
I am also very excited about the moment of group training in the gym itself. I understand 2-3 people. But when there are 8 of them! Everyone is lying on the floor and, accordingly, it is impossible to go anywhere, all the simulators are occupied by 8 people who do several approaches. So they also run down the aisle, raising their knees. The hall is not so big that it would be comfortable.
I really liked the gym, I've been going to it for a long time. But my last subscription has come to an end.

The hall was originally for 5, friendly staff, coaches, American equipment, good locker rooms, showers. Over time, the full-time coaches scattered (there were several top ones left, but they work in the gym with clients), the equipment is in order, the gym is clean, there are no questions here. However, the new girls at the reception hardly greet each other, and yes - the men's shower ... 4 cabins, but one works normally ... I just remember the good old basement rocking chairs ... Well, somehow this is not what you expect from the "superior comfort" hall for this money.

"It used to be better" is best suited here. Time goes by and the hall stands still. I'll start with a good one, the hall is clean and convenient location, that's basically all. There is not enough equipment, some kind of replacement, but they turn a blind eye to it. There are three booths in the men's shower, but only two have been working for three weeks, as if the entire shower is already being repaired there. Floods have become more frequent, it pours from the ceiling, then from the shower, the bucket in the center of the locker room is already a regular guest. Some lockers have also been broken for a long time, and there is no reaction. Admin girls work as if seven days a week, no matter how they smile, they show great fatigue. Previously, the hall was really of a high level, but something clearly went wrong, does not justify its price

I wanted to become a regular customer, but the girls from the reception put a bold dot on my decision. Reluctantly, they tried to tell something according to the price list, they did not try to captivate, there was no light in their eyes. The tour was conducted as sluggishly as possible, she just stood in the middle of the hall and looked at me without going to any simulator, as if she had never seen them in her eyes. Unfortunately, they did not have a full-fledged turnstile, which I desperately needed. She just pointed to the rest of the rooms with her hand. Every piece of information had to be pulled out with ticks, they didn't even try to interest or just say out loud a few advantages.
Unfortunately, unpleasant emotions remained after the tour, I will never use this hall again.
Of the advantages: the price list is as cheap as possible, 80p for 8 visits per month, good.

2. The room is cramped. The claimed 1500m2 is the total area, where only 6 of it is a gym.
3. About the gym itself:
- a bunch of unused, broken exercise machines. Do you want to do a shoulder press in the simulator? It will not work, the cables are not lubricated and descend with different resistance.
- it seems that no one is monitoring the condition of the simulators. The upholstery is scuffed, the cables are not lubricated.
- accessories (rubber bands, mats, straps) are scattered everywhere. You're wasting your time trying to find what you need.
- it seems that no one is watching for cleanliness, talcum powder, dust and dirt have scattered on the tanks near the crossfit zone.
- pancakes are all different, there are few of them. They hang anywhere and at random.
4. There is no warm-up area, huddle at the column with the found mat next to the bike.
5. The cardio zone is good, there is no fault to find. Although it's worth wiping off the sweat.
6. Women's locker rooms seem to be normal.
7. Problems with sewerage. The shower is turned off, the toilets become clogged and everything flows into the corridor.
Maybe it was good once. Well, now I don't feel like a premium gym. Alas.

So, the area of the hall in Arena City is 1400m, and in sportfamily it is written that 1500m. and the fact is that the hall in Arena City has in fact a size 3 times larger, as well as all the simulators are duplicated 2-3 times. The main question is how it turns out that the hall with an area of 1400m. Several times larger than the hall with an area of 1500m??? Have you decided to take into account the entire area of the rented premises, including reception, changing rooms, fitness room??? In general, as a result, it turns out that the area of the gym, which everyone goes to, has an area of about 500m. In this regard, the hall is simply crowded in the evening, all the simulators are busy, you have to constantly wait. So my advice for those who are going to come here, take into account the area of the gym with exercise equipment and workload in the evening, it is best to come in the daytime around 12 o'clock, then you can work out comfortably

The hall seems to be rather big, but it does not smell like 1500m declared on the site, a place for warming up seems to be present, but it is constantly occupied by some groups and there is simply nowhere to warm up, during rush hours the crowd is terrible, you have to queue for simulators, searching for pancakes in the hall is also another quest, apparently by the coach this is not being monitored at all. One of the advantages is the new equipment and the overall appearance of the hall, it is quite pleasant to study, a cool view from the windows
There are no questions when practicing with a personal trainer, they are quite nice guys, but if you practice without a coach, then you can not count on someone's help, the coaches are always busy with their own affairs and I have never seen them help anyone or suggest something
There is simply no service for compiling a personal training program. The position of the hall: if you want a program, take a coach every time in addition to the subscription you have already purchased. If the coach makes up a program for you on his own initiative, the gym will simply fire him
The location is very convenient, but with parking it is just darkness, we can assume that there is no parking. The men's locker room deserves a separate description: it is very cramped, the numbering of the lockers is just random, the lockers are on top of each other, in winter not only is there dirt everywhere (both on the floor and in the lockers themselves), it is also cold as in the refrigerator, there was no reaction at all to my comments to the staff regarding the temperature. The showers are pretty good, but there are only 3 of them and during the shutdown of hot water it does not happen here, apparently boilers are too expensive for this hall. And
the toilet stinks all the time
To sum up, if you know exactly how you want to practice and do not plan to drive here by car, you can practice, although the price of season tickets here is on a par with competitors, but comfort is still very far from them

The hall is one of the best in Uruchye. It is always easy to criticize, but it is difficult to be objective, so I would like to start with the positive points:
+ the gym is really spacious and with a lot of different modern simulators, a lot of racks with dumbbells. There are many tracks for cardio and other cardio equipment.
+ even on days with a maximum load of people, you can find a place and an alternative to exercise.
+ the coaches are really professionals in personal training, they are fully involved in the training process of the ward and do not stick to the phone.
+ free cool and hot drinking water
Minuses:
- it's hard to imagine, and it doesn't concern me, but the girls at the reception are so busy with some kind of work that they will say hello and say goodbye to you 1 time out of 10 visits. A smile and pleasant energy are very important in a customer-oriented business.
- there is not a single specialized simulator for calf muscles. It's very strange how it happened, with such an abundance of simulators.
- new visitors sometimes create incredible game in the simulators. I have never seen at least one of the coaches come up and show me how to do and how to do it. This is the theme of almost all halls in Minsk, but not all!
- it is most inconvenient to undress in the lower locker
