The manager is inadequate and lies to clients in person. I wanted to return the shoes, but unfortunately I lost the receipt. My mom brought the shoes to the store yesterday to see if there was anything she could do. THE MANAGER LOOKED AT THE PRESENTATION OF THE SHOES AND APPROVED THE EXCHANGE, but said that a bank statement was needed. I arrived today with a bank statement, and today the manager says that these are used shoes, so he cannot make a refund. She says she didn't see the shoes yesterday. I demanded to open the cameras, where YOU can see that SHE OPENS THE BOX, LOOKS AT THE SHOES, TWIRLS THEM IN HER HANDS AND APPROVES THE RETURN. And the manager forbids customers to stand at the checkout, talks very boorishly and defiantly leaves.
