Bochkarev At first I refused a refund, after insisting I at least accepted the application, the refund is only in 8 days, and then if the lawyers approve the refund, then not the card, but to the checking account! What nonsense ! By the way, the call center worked perfectly, at least they accepted a statement, a description of the situation, and confirmed that they were obliged to make a refund for the defective product and take the shoes for themselves. Lawlessness ! I still have to walk again, figure it out, write, return, prove, although I just needed adequate shoes for the child to go to school! By the way , we bought it for a lot of money !
