The best managers helped me very quickly with what I don't understand at all, adjusted all the sizes for printing, it's incredibly pleasant. Never! Under no circumstances should you order the services of a designer. She is absolutely illiterate. I threw away 90 rubles.
After the request to redo, she told me to write everything to her electronically so that she would copy it, which would take another hour of time. As a result, she asked me to throw off the ready-made layout and I will fix the errors simply, I will print it out in another place. In general, the employees in the east are very pleasant and nice, they do their job well.
But nevertheless, I will not order anything else. The situation with the menu and the designer is just trash…
Wasted time and nerves.

There are a lot of reviews that there are long queues, but the location was convenient for me, so I decided to stop by. The flow of people is large, I stood for 30 minutes, there were 2 people in front of me, one of them was already in the process of servicing, they were printing photos. The employee was not focused on speed and quality of service, she communicated at a very relaxed pace, typed, redid, and talked again. As a result, I left, at the time of leaving, 7 more people gathered behind me, I can't imagine how long they were there, and in general, whether they were served at all.
Why can't you hire 2 employees, if 1 fails, you lose profits, and the face of the company....

I was very surprised by the cost calculation system. It was necessary to scan the document and make a copy of it. It is logical to scan and print from the scan, because it is cheaper, but two different operations were performed. When pointing out this fact, the operator said that an intern was working. I understand that the intern may not know everything, but the operator who was watching did not say anything and in response to my remark also did nothing, only said that the calculation would be like this.

Honestly, we were very upset.
I came to print the drawings for the diploma in A1 format. At least on the Internet you can see what sizes an A1 sheet has. The standard size of an A1 sheet is 841*594. In fact, you are printing a sheet of 830*610 format.
For such prices, you could already study this issue and print standard sizes.
