From entertainment : movies, concerts, karaoke, but if you are interested in discos, then there is no dance floor in the lobby, as in many other Belarusian sanatoriums they don't dance, and in a cafe where people are relaxing at tables, it's not very convenient to come just to dance, you feel like a "beggar", therefore there are no dancers on weekdays...it's good that there is a swimming pool, there, for lack of an opportunity to dance and spend the evening!!!

The sanatorium is large, located on the high shore of Lake Naroch. The medical procedures are at a good level. The food is delicious and varied. Two swimming pools - wellness and sports. The room is large, comfortable wide bed. A kettle, a set of dishes, a small refrigerator. There is no hair dryer, but you can take it for 20k per day. The room is cleaned every day. The bed linen and towels are clean, without holes. The staff is friendly. The territory is large with gazebos, swings and a Playground.

I really liked it, I was with my husband in September, the weather was beautiful, we met warmly, we fed delicious. The treatment is at the highest level, the doctors are attentive, no one imposes anything, you can contact them at any time when there are any questions. There are paid services, we took them in addition to the main treatment. Very good equipment and medical devices, multidisciplinary. The impressions were pleasant. In your free time, you can walk along the lake, the territory is huge, the air is simply the purest. You can go sailing, rent bicycles. In the warm season in summer, I think you can swim, there is a beach. We plan to come again next year. Rest for the soul, body and head)

My wife and I really enjoyed getting treated here. Excellent cuisine (menu order), good medical base, mud, electro-procedures, a wonderful 5-lane pool + water aerobics :), as well as a pump room with mineral and purified drinking water.
What I really liked was the wonderful location - on the shore of a huge lake, wonderful embankments for walking, a swing overlooking a nature reserve with wild birds. Very clean, well maintained and quiet!
What I didn't really like was that in the sanatorium itself, on the entrance days, all the staff goes home and everything kind of freezes, well, the day off, sorry.:(I think it would be very cool if the staff of the sanatorium worked in shifts and regardless of the day of the week, everyone would be at their jobs, because vacationers/ patients need help 24/7.
I definitely recommend the sanatorium to visit, 100% get complete relaxation!
PS. If you live within 1 t. Km, it is better to go here by private car, it will be more convenient and easier to get there.

The food is good, the buildings and houses themselves are in good condition. The staff is as friendly as possible and knows the information well. A lot of procedures. I liked that there were a lot of concerts/movies and other cultural events.
I shot a star in two moments-
1. Something doesn't work or is limited on weekends (for example, the salt room is closed, the wellness pool has its last session at 10 a.m.)
2. It's not very comfortable with children, because (this also applies to point one) - the children's playground does not work at all on weekends (and we arrived before the New Year holidays and faced the fact that on a working Saturday in Russia we could not leave the children in the playroom to work at least a little). It only works until 3 p.m. on weekdays, and sometimes it closes earlier. In total, there is a gaming system, but in fact it is almost non-existent. Of the 7 days of our visit, she worked for 3 days, from about 10 to 13.
Children's activities are all at 15:00. Considering the lunch time (from 13:30 at the earliest) This is during the quiet hour of the children, we missed a lot of interesting things:(
One of the advantages with children is a wonderful paddling pool in the wellness pool (but with a very limited visit time, see point 1)
In total, without children, it would probably be 5 stars, but with children and weekend work restrictions in general, unfortunately, it's definitely a minus star.

Pros: a pleasant place. The purest air of the pine forest. Attentive staff: any problems with the number are solved promptly. Daily wet cleaning of the room, change of bed linen every three days. There is a well-equipped small gym, a small library (you can find something to read), a bar and restaurant, rental, a 25-meter sports pool with 6 lanes...In principle, there is everything for a comfortable stay and wellness.
A large selection of therapeutic and wellness procedures using modern equipment for not very much money.
Of the cons: there are no bathrobes and hair dryers in the rooms (both can be taken for a fee at the reception). Parking is paid. And, as a relic of the past, a custom-made system in the dining room (an order for the day ahead)...

We stayed for rest and treatment in this sanatorium on the recommendations of our loved ones. We were very satisfied. We rested in the new building. The nature is gorgeous, the air is close to Lake Naroch. I liked the sanatorium itself, the friendly staff, everything is clean, the rooms are cleaned efficiently. Separately, I would like to note the food, everything is delicious, for any choice, the food is excellent, the portions are good. Salads and drinks can be taken as much as you like, if you have time. I also liked the treatment, excellent massage, baths, currents, there is a swimming pool (only with a cap). Of the cons, this is a sooo long elevator, but really, until you wait you will forget where you were going, so I recommend choosing a floor that is not high before checking in. I would also like to see soap more often in the rooms, as well as toilet paper)). There is a long registration at the reception upon check-in, but this is probably the case everywhere. In general, the sanatorium is wonderful, the disadvantages are not significant, the overall impression is not spoiled.

A very good sanatorium. You can have a very good rest. There are many procedures to choose from. Two pools. The sports hall can be visited daily. When the weather is bad (it happens) and in winter it helps a lot. They are being fed for slaughter. The choice of dishes is limited, but very wide. Those who like unhealthy fried, salty, spicy, etc. food are not here for you. Everything here is exclusively homemade or dietary. After all, a sanatorium. Special treatment for diabetics. There is a cinema hall, an outdoor amphitheater. Various events and concerts are held. Television with 196 channels. You get tired of choosing. Personal Internet in the room. You can at least watch movies. In short, everything that your heart desires is there. Rental, bicycles, boats, catamarans, etc. the price is humane for everything. As a rule, there are no places :-). So if you decide to book strongly in advance.

The sanatorium is modern, has two swimming pools, one of which is thermal. A large sports complex, with various classes, as well as an instructor who teaches you how to use numerous equipment. A huge number of procedures on various equipment: therapeutic, medical, cosmetic and wellness. We just didn't have time to visit everything. Good entertainment program in the evenings. I'm shooting a star for the dining room. It's just like that. Every day in the morning you mark the dishes that you want to see the next day or the next day. But! This "menu" often does not specify the sauce that will be poured over the dish, making it unsuitable for eating. Or a drink with honey will be indicated, without any alternatives. Well, or what you get doesn't match the generally accepted concepts of what it should look like. For example, a tomato stuffed with cheese will be a couple of pieces of tomato and cheese; sausages will be one sausage; pies may well turn out to be zrazy.
There is a "salad bar", but if you come a little later for lunch or dinner, you risk finding it empty. Yes, yes, it is not replenished.
In the morning they give "Cocoa on milk" A more diluted mess, I have never come across it. Why not write cocoa with milk to match the taste of the drink?
Yes, you can find dishes that will be quite good, but all these moments greatly spoil the impression.

A lake with swans and ducks gives a special charm to the place. There is a guarded paid parking. I recommend it! There is a free shuttle service twice a week.

It's a good sanatorium, I liked it. Of the advantages, they cook delicious food, clean cozy rooms, there is a free oxygen cocktail, but they give it only from 11 to 12 o'clock in the afternoon and only on weekdays. Reasonable prices for the procedures. A very beautiful view of Lake Naroch, where some swim, a pine forest, there is a bicycle and boat rental, but the boats are expensive. Very respectful staff.Of the minuses, it can be noted that the meals are ordered, not a buffet, the gym works only two hours a day at a certain floating time, the pools are not very cold, there is a "wellness" pool, I did not understand what was wellness there and a sports pool with tracks. Wellness can be visited only in the morning until 9 a.m. There is a third outdoor pool, but it is expensive, sorry 1000 rubles per hour per adult is very expensive, in the minimal sources of Adygea it is 2.5 times cheaper, this is a significant minus, because in summer you really want to swim. Also, the entertainment program is very short, a disco for 1 hour and karaoke for 40 minutes is not about anything. But I really enjoyed my stay, so 4 stars, not 3.

Ten days since we returned from Sputnik. The sanatorium is magnificent, in a pine forest on the shore of a beautiful lake. A paradise created by nature for recreation, wellness, relaxation and hiking. The staff is qualified, polite, the doctors are professionals with a capital letter, the procedural nurses are attentive and caring. The rooms are cozy, clean, and everything you need is provided. Daily cleaning, always clean. I especially want to highlight the set of prescribed procedures. They are diverse, selected according to the problems and most importantly, they work. The condition has improved noticeably, thank you. I will definitely try to come back in half a year and take the recommended course of procedures to consolidate the result.
But there is a but. We arrived on Friday, and even managed to do one procedure. But it turned out to be a problem with nutrition. Until Monday of the following week, inclusive, only the service dish was offered. 4 days. It's just torture, because one potato was offered as a side dish for lunch and dinner, which I didn't want to look at on the second day. I have a stomach problem and type 2 diabetes and I can't do a lot of things, or it's not desirable. I immediately warned the administrator, the nutritionist about this. They assured that the waiters would change the dishes on demand. But the reaction to my "no" was not always there. It was somehow humiliating to beg for food every time.
But then, when the ordered meals began, everything got better. They cook delicious and varied, the portions are large, sweet every day. The chefs are great. Well, I don't want to thank the nutritionist for his on-duty menu somehow, I had a negative impression at the beginning.
Therefore, come from Monday to Wednesday.
And in general, the sanatorium is excellent, treatment and wellness are at the highest level, the staff is excellent. Good health to all!

A cozy sanatorium in a secluded place. A large area with pine trees on which woodpeckers periodically quietly knocked, plus a forest with berries and mushrooms around.
The lake is visible from the windows. But when we were swimming, it was not recommended - there are a lot of birds, the water is not the best.
Rental of bicycles, catamarans, boats.
Gym with group programs and friendly meetings volleyball, badminton, table tennis, jenga - different things on different days. Or you can come like that, take inventory, play.
An area with swimming pools for relaxation (free of charge only in the morning), then saunas and a Jacuzzi are added to it and for an additional fee. A large sports pool is almost always available, except for dad's break hours in the afternoon. The sports pool is always free of charge. Water aerobics is also held there.
Meals on a customized menu plus a salad bar, soups, coffee, juices in the morning - everyone dials, pours himself as much as necessary.
A large and diverse medical base, the doctor prescribes good procedures. If desired, you can ask for additional paid ones.
Movies almost every night. Discos for children, and then dancing for adults.

At first, I did not write a review, because I had a rest and was treated at the Sputnik sanatorium in 2016, 2017 and 2018. 6 years have passed. The sanatorium is located about 150 km from Minsk, near the Lithuanian border, on the shores of Lake Naroch, the largest lake in Belarus, surrounded by pine forests.
Two residential buildings, two swimming pools, medical rooms, a dining room, a cozy restaurant with a dance floor and a bar, a cinema room - everything is connected by walkways where you do not have to go outside in case of inclement weather. The medical equipment is modern, and a nutritionist was in charge of nutrition there. A great gym where you can play volleyball, basketball, and table tennis. There is a bicycle rental service. One minus! Ducks and swans live in the lake, so before diving from the pontoon pier, you should read the warning posters. Photo lovers will be interested in capturing the water surface of the lake stretching beyond the horizon. My memories of Belarus, Lake Naroch and the Sputnik sanatorium remained the most pleasant.

I do not recommend it for children under 3 years old. Food without a choice is a set menu, our 5-year-old almost did not eat anything for 2 days. There are no ramps for strollers anywhere and the elevator was constantly breaking down, I had to carry the stroller to the 7th floor. There is no exit to the lake, the lake is behind a fence across the roadway, without a beach. There are many things that don't work on weekends, such as the children's room. The cinema is paid, whereas in many sanatoriums where we were, the entertainment program is included in the accommodation.

This is our 1st sanatorium. We have never rested in a sanatorium and were not disappointed by the word at all.
The pine forest has clean air.
A lot of procedures on the sanatorium card as well as Spa for a fee. There is a pump room with mineral and clean water.
There is a playroom for children, cartoons and movies in the cinema hall at certain times.
There are delicious and different dishes in the dining room. You definitely won't be hungry.
Sports pool, wellness pool, sauna, gym for free.
The fitness room is for a fee. There is a pharmacy, a small shop. Cafe.
There are 2 buildings, you will need to go through procedures a lot, there are 2 elevators, only 1 works and there is not enough of it. We walked from the 5th floor. The staff was helpful and always came to the rescue if there were any questions.

A sanatorium where you want to come again and again. The rooms are renovated, clean, the view from the balconies in the odd rooms of the 1st building is on the lake. The sanatorium is located in a pine forest, which creates a unique microclimate of the air. The service is all OK, polite, attentive staff. The food is a custom-made menu, so as not to overeat, I would even remove desserts and milk for dinner. The area with a swing in a pine forest overlooking the lake is very relaxing. Two swimming pools, cleanliness everywhere. A huge gym with excellent instructors. Pilates classes, bodyflex, oxysise and morning exercises are great additions to the procedures. There is also a physical therapy room and Aqua aerobics in the pool. Everything is as it should be for rehabilitation. Wi-Fi is available everywhere in the rooms, not on site. The standard rooms have good beds and orthopedic mattresses. Sleep was restored, my stomach recovered. The pump room with mineral water is excellent, the water is pleasant. Prices compared to Europe for so much service are much lower.

I didn't boil for long. I'll go through the points.
1) The sanatorium itself is good, the location is just super class, there are no mosquitoes.
2) the medical staff is excellent, everyone will help, everyone will tell you
3) the rooms are excellent, everything is clean, tidy, towels and bed linen are changed every 4-5 days.
That's where the advantages ended
Cons:
1) immediately the therapist did not hear me at all, prescribed the procedure for a blunder, I had to run for 4 days in a row to look for her and beg for procedures that are already included in the package, as it turned out. The therapist is constantly absent from the place where the appointment hours are indicated.
2) in the sanatorium, for a fee (this is normal), there is a sauna and a pool with geysers, as well as a Jacuzzi, exclusively outdoors, in full view of everyone, like in a zoo, there is no way to relax even in the sauna (there are floor-to-ceiling windows in the steam room). Apparently, the thermal room in the SPA was closed to promote the new attraction.
3) SPA only until 16.00, it is almost impossible to sign up for a massage, and I already talked about the Jacuzzi above. If you have procedures, you fly by, well, or welcome to 8 a.m.
4) nutrition: of the advantages, the food is delicious, if you have an allergy, then it will be noted and monitored. But there is a recommended salad bar, which is empty after 3-5 minutes from the start of lunch and dinner.
5) and the last thing. Today is 08/17/2024 Saturday, the only opportunity to sit somewhere after 21.00 is a cafe that is closed for special service, not even for vacationers, but for a whole bus of visiting people. It is very interesting on what basis, if the sanatorium does not offer any more activities for recreation.
6) the store is not working
Well, point 7, 1.5 weeks before my arrival, I called the sanatorium, explained my problem with the tooth that was in the process of treatment, and the sanatorium has dentistry, which is advertised as good, right on the website, and signed up for a consultation with subsequent treatment. Not only was I admitted half an hour later, because the doctor just went and dealt with her questions, so they refused to treat my tooth (pulpitis 5ki), took money for a consultation, without even asking me to open my mouth and sent me to Minsk to treat the tooth under a microscope. Thank you, super doctor, who treats virtually one channel under a microscope!
Result:
You will really like it if you are over 60.
Dear sanatorium, the year 2024 is on the threshold, please be more relevant and focused on the new generation, otherwise it's funny to watch Soviet films in the cinema, and listen to music from the 90s at the disco.

I came to Sputnik for the 6th time. It's always a pleasure to be there. The single room is spacious and clean. They are cleaned daily. There are 2 swimming pools in the sanatorium. There are many different procedures. Although some treatments are not available on Saturdays and Sundays and on public holidays. Although it would be possible to organize a rolling work schedule for employees. I really like the food in the dining room on the principle of a "customized menu", which helps not to overeat. The menu is varied, the portions are large. A nutritionist constantly approaches and is interested in the quality of food. The staff of the sanatorium is very friendly. Every evening there is either a concert by professional artists or a movie. Children are shown cartoons in the cinema during the day. The territory is not very large. The sanatorium has a SPA center, although the prices in it are unreasonably high, especially in cosmetology (the quality of work does not match the stated prices). There is also a cafe at the sanatorium where you can relax in the evening, a pianist plays. And the repertoire of disco music in the cafe is uninteresting. The menu in the cafe is at reasonable prices, the dishes are delicious.
I already want to go there again.

February 2024: everything remains the same. unfortunately, the queues for drinks and salads in the dining room are very annoying. Lunch is short, everyone arrives on time and the salads are immediately sorted. After a while, when everyone has already eaten, they are informed , but they no longer need to. Do something about it already. Add 1 more coffee machine and salad bar to each room. This is not such a huge expense for a sanatorium. But there will not be this shameful queue, which annoys all vacationers.

I really love Naroch, the local nature and the atmosphere, but this was my first time at the sanatorium. I didn't have any specific expectations, but at the same time, I must say that I enjoyed my stay here.
I give a rating of 4/5 because I believe that the sanatorium can make certain changes that will improve the comfort of vacationers.:

The sanatorium was simply captivated by its location in a pine forest and on the shore of an awesome lake with swans.The air is extraordinary!

The sanatorium is located in a pine forest on the shore of the lake. Good medical base(procedures) Two pools. The kitchen is like in kindergarten, everything is steamed.That's fine with me! People eat a lot, the portions are large (paradise for overweight) everything is very good (recovery from surgery helped me) But no more than 11 days! There are no seasonal fruits and vegetables, although the month is July! All fruits are like in winter (apples, oranges, pears)I can survive for 10 days, nothing!

We stayed in the sanatorium for the first time, on a wellness package. There is not much to compare it with, so I write everything as it is.
On the plus side: I liked the food, although it was prepared by baking, cooking, everything was quite tasty and satisfying. In addition to breakfast, lunch and dinner, kefir, yoghurts, fruits, and sweets were also given. There were only buns from the pastries, I would like something tastier (croissants, puffs). There are no complaints about the room, it was clean, cleaned well, the maids fulfilled all requests. The territory is very large, clean, gentrified, everywhere there are benches, gazebos, deck chairs, hanging cocoons. There is a place to walk, ride bicycles and all this in the purest pine forest. We went to the pool every day at 8 a.m., there weren't many people.
Of the cons:
The working hours of all the offices were a little annoying, I had to take pictures of everything and then watch it. Well, for example, a gym: it works in the morning, then a break, then it works again, as well as a fitness room. The pump room is also on schedule.
I didn't like that even for our money we couldn't get a manual back massage, underwater massage. We took the procedures already for the remainder.
In general, the sanatorium is not bad, we rested and recharged. Next time I will choose another sanatorium.

We rested in April only because we could not take trips to another sanatorium. The satellite was pleasantly surprised. Very beautiful and large territory. Friendly staff, delicious cuisine. Events for every taste. In the evenings, there is a restaurant with live music and a dance program. A nice SPA complex. And they also started building a year-round complex with an outdoor swimming pool. We will definitely come back.
