I am very pleased with the equipment and the service provided by this company. I bought an antenna for a TV with an amplifier in the country from this company for an elderly mother at the cottage. There is no one to help Mom there alone. Everything was brought on time, we started looking for a signal, the guys have excellent equipment) we did not find a very bad signal at these dachas. They called, explained everything, did not push the problem to the client, explained that they would bring a more powerful antenna for the same price tactically and everything was mounted perfectly. Oleg, the director, calmly and intelligently explains and solves the problem. Special thanks to Vyacheslav, the installer, who climbed all the corners of the old attic in search of a signal, returned to Minsk for a more powerful antenna. I explained everything to my mother so that she wouldn't worry, and even refused the offered lunch after working half a day)) the result is a perfectly working TV, a happy mom and me calm for her. I would like to leave a review for this online store. An order was placed on 05/26/20 on this website (pigtails and antenna adapters). The consultant confirmed the order and said that the delivery would be on 05/28/20 Everything would be fine, but there was no courier on Thursday, as well as the following days. There were no calls or messages from the store. There were no answers to questions via the chat on the website on 05/29/20. Today, 05/31/20 in the morning, I managed to contact the consultant via chat. A question was asked why my order had not arrived. The answer surprised me. The product ran out and remained only in kits with antennas, so it was not sent. Couldn't you have warned me? Write or call that the product will not arrive. I spent the day waiting for the courier and also spent the day off that I planned to install the antenna. Is this normal? How is it possible to work like this? Gentlemen, save your nerves and find more responsible sellers. It's a pity I can't leave an entry in the book of comments and suggestions, I'm far from Minsk. P.S. The connectors that I ordered are still available on the website and available for order, although the seller claimed 10 minutes ago that they were not there.

When the courier brought the antenna that I ordered, it turned out to have the wrong type of connector that was agreed upon. On the call, they told me "that I didn't explain anything myself" and "I didn't check anything" and "I should have sent photos." I do not recommend contacting you, like the previous commentators.

Please save your time and money! Do not purchase products from this online store! Briefly about my headache: My girlfriend, after consulting with the "competent" manager of this store, ordered the Galaxy Innovations GI Lunn 18 media player as a gift to her parents for convenient viewing of media files from the Iphone (via this "set-top box") on the TV screen as an alternative to Apple TV. The seller "putting his hand on his heart" and "pounding his chest with his foot" assured about the compatibility of this "device" with Apple devices through, as it turned out, the Miracast application, which does not exist in the App Store. After studying the first few pages of articles on Google, there was no way out. The seller refused to admit his mistake even after he personally could not find a solution. When I asked for a refund for an item that did not meet the stated requirements, the seller replied with a rude refusal. To the question: "When can I find you in the office?" the answer was given: "Never!". After that, our "hero" hung up the phone. I agreed to provide access to the book of "comments and suggestions" only under threat of calling the police! Bottom line: both our parents and we are in a bad mood.
