In all banks, lunch has been changing for a long time, someone goes from 12 to one, someone from one to two. There are always plenty of queues, like they will do what they work.... Only 2-3 operators are working and the rest are stupidly waiting for something ... people wait for hours. For example, I've been waiting for more than an hour and it hasn't reached my turn yet. At a fast pace, I think I'll stay until 6 p.m. Although I was already here at 11.... ZERO MAINTENANCE!!!!!
