The worst photo of my life! If you want someone to make a freak out of you, go there. Prices are 2-3 times higher than others. But this "non-specialist" was advised to me in the Housing Department as an operative and a good master. I came in winter, took off my hat, my hair is flattened. I showed photos of other works, he says, I'll fix everything in Photoshop. He has no light, the room is like a basement - without light, but I was in a hurry, I trusted him - I took a photo. I didn't like it. He says I'll edit it now. As a result, I edited it so that I am 80 years old instead of 30 in the photo! Before printing, I turned my dark brown hair color dark gray! I say, don't, return my natural hair color. He says, trust me to a specialist, it will be beautiful on photo paper. I printed it out - I was even more horrified! He says the color will change in 10 minutes. I barely managed to file my documents before the passport department closed. As a result, the color remained dark gray! At first, I just sobbed from the fact that there are such crooked-armed craftsmen who can make an old woman out of a beautiful girl! When I got my license, they said that I didn't look like the photo in my passport and advised me to replace my passport. Which I will do. I went to this photographer, he is the owner, showed the photo in the passport and the photo in the rights - he tried to argue, showed the photo to a colleague who was not aware - and said that yes, the girl has gray hair in the photo! By the way, just so you know, this photographer worked as a builder not so long ago. I think that's what he should be doing! Photography is an art, it is not given to everyone!
In general, he inflicted terrible moral trauma on me. I didn't give the money for the disgusting work. I will contact the Consumer Protection Society! I think that if you take up the provision of services, be kind, provide them at the proper level! A passport for 10 years is issued, at least! I do not recommend anyone to come here to save your nervous system! A month has passed, I and all my friends are still shocked that they can disfigure a person in a passport photo like that!
