I don't understand the good reviews about this company.
They made a request "it is necessary as soon as possible", the consultant girl convinced several times that there are no delays, unforeseen circumstances, etc. During the consultation, it was clarified that a door was needed inside, the width of the opening will be narrowed. A month was agreed upon.
As a result, two weeks later they unexpectedly write that the deadline is shifted by another month, due to (now it will be unexpected) the internal opening of the doors and not the standard casing. According to the contract, there is a mini clause about this - here either terminate the contract or agree to their terms. Since there was no time to look for something else, we agreed
And now 2 months have passed. No ONE reported on the readiness of the door - we had to monitor it ourselves. As a result, the messenger said that it would probably be soon, so we can negotiate with the installers.
They gave us a list of phones, we started calling around - and then a new surprise - the wait for installation is 2 + weeks.
As a result, it will take almost 3 months from the moment of the order to the delivery of the door, which is THREE times longer than the initial request from the client. In general, I absolutely do not recommend this company
