Having worked for 1 year in this company as a master of SMR (in general, 15 years in the company), I want to express my subjective opinion about this company. I have mostly only positive feelings and emotions left. as everywhere, any job has its own problems (especially in construction), but they are more than overlapped by the advantages. here in more detail:
1. All oral and written agreements have been fulfilled (subject to the fulfillment of your duties). mat.provision, working conditions, information and moral support upon request, payment of PO, business trips, professional development and career growth, labor protection, etc.
2. A good equipped base with modern equipment and tools.
3. Logistics of the company, all issues are resolved quickly enough either on site or remotely with proper handling.
4. The company keeps up with the times by adopting modern methods of construction and production of facilities (which directly affects the pace and quality of construction).
5. Growth and development. Flexible approach to the organization, quick adaptation to the prevailing conditions (capacity building or reduction, etc.)
6. Experienced and highly qualified staff from employee to director (low staff turnover, that is, strong specialists are trying to retain in various ways)
7. Well, the main thing is people (mostly, the majority).The team, colleagues, a healthy atmosphere, people among whom it is pleasant to be and with whom you can work calmly, who can insure, lend a shoulder, get into a position with whom you can negotiate and solve the problem.
Minuses:
1. There are refineries (there is nowhere without them) (mainly at ITR, with more paid ones). This is the norm for IT, so it's a small minus.
2. There may be some inconsistencies, (I also consider it the norm).

When communicating with the director of this company, I got a terrible impression. The man is clearly ill-mannered and does not know how to come to a consensus. I got the impression that incompetent people work in the management of this company, I do not recommend anyone to cooperate with this company.
