It was our first time in Cuba.🇨🇺 We liked everything very much. Live music, meat, seafood every day. Instead of potatoes, they make sweet potatoes, deep-fried French fries to taste, there are also fried bananas to taste potato chips. Fruits , vegetables, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Wonderful animation, stretching, water aerobics, dancing, bossa, volleyball. Also on the beach from the hotel there are sailboats, catamarans, kayaks you can take and ride for half an hour for free.

We visited in March 2024. There are pros and cons, just like everywhere else. Very large, beautiful territory, excellent beach, ocean. Our room was superior. Good. There was plenty of food, but it was tasteless, often tough meat. We haven't seen any fish in 10 days. But there have always been eggs, although there is a shortage. The rum was only in plastic bottles. The selection of cocktails is very small. What you don't ask, no. In general, of course, they are normal. For Cuba, this hotel is price-quality.

I stayed at this hotel on 30.03-05.04.26, booked a standard room. They gave it to me in the third building, room 3103. In general, I was satisfied with everything: the room is adequate for its price. There was no remote control for the TV, and it was impossible to switch channels on the monitor itself. That's why I turned it on once (there was some kind of Cuban channel) and didn't turn it on anymore. As other vacationers told me, there are no remote controls in all rooms.I checked at the reception, with the cleaner, and told the customer service (to Rafael)-as a result, no response, no greetings, as they say) The room had: TV, telephone, safe, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, bedside tables and armchair, wardrobe with hangers. The room has no balcony, but the windows are panoramic, which open, so I dried towels and swimsuits on the railing (only it's better to fasten them with clothespins). There was a shower in the bathroom, and the hot water was never turned off.Wi-fi is free, login and password are provided upon check-in.Only I didn't catch it well in my room, the closer to the main building, the better the wi-fi catches. It was generally easy to fly at the reception . The food is all right, the usual food, you can choose, you will not stay hungry. Drinks are brought by the waiters on request. Alcohol - beer is normal, I took a few cocktails - we didn't go much.I don't drink strong drinks, so I can 't comment. The beach is just sooooo beautiful, the sand is white and clean. There are a lot of sun beds, there was always enough. There are people walking along the beach who sell fruits, pinocolades, clothes, rum, cigars. It takes 3-5 minutes to walk from the main building to the beach at a regular pace. If you leave the Bungalow rooms , you get out there , walk across the bridge , and you 're on the beach . There was some animation, but I'm not a connoisseur, so I didn't go and see what was there.
The check-out was at 12 o'clock , the transfer took me to the airport at 14 o'clock.
I clarified how much the extension costs, the reception said 1 hour -20 $ (I did not renew it). After check-out, you can check your luggage into the storage room (free of charge) and go to lunch (it starts at 12.30). In the bar on the rv floor, you can buy bottled rum, they write out an invoice on a piece of paper, you give it to the reception and pay, they give you a check, with this check back to the bar, and they give you a bottle. The price is more expensive by $ 1 than I bought in a store in Havana.
In general, a normal hotel with its pros and cons. I would even go back to it.But I would probably have taken a bungalow already, because it's closer to the beach.
