I'll go straight to the cons and pros of this place.:
-There is no pre-appointment for group training sessions to create limited seats:In all clubs with group training, there is usually a limit on the number of people so that everyone can at least fit indoors and feel comfortable, but here during rush hours it is impossible even to place your mat on the floor. You're lying like a sprat in a jar, where it's not something that can't be passed, it's impossible even to do an exercise so as not to hurt the neighbor next to you. That is, 3 people came or 33 came, no one controls.
-it is impossible to freeze a subscription, even on a one-time basis. For health reasons, I had to skip 1.5 weeks a month, and when I had one training session left and a couple of days before the end, I asked the administrator if I could extend my subscription or freeze it for a short period of time in order to have time to go to training, they told me that this was impossible unless presentation of a certificate from the hospitalThat is, if a woman missed a workout due to critical days or health reasons, but did not go on sick leave, then you can not skip training.
- inventory. Some of the rugs had holes in them.No comments here.
+Among the advantages, I can single out coach Natalia, who is very pleasant and attentive. If she sees any mistakes in the technique of exercises, she immediately comes up and corrects them, explains everything in detail, even to a first-grader with such a presentation it will be clear.
+overall clean and tidy, the room is ventilated after each workout.

Fitness classes are well organized, but there is very little space in the gym and locker room. There is no shower, the toilet is shared on the floor. There is no need to pre-register.
