Ulcinj is very cool.
Fortress, views.I strongly advise you, if you go, to live in the fortress. There are cool apartments, quiet streets, very clean and sea views almost everywhere.
There are several beaches below, and five to ten amazing fish restaurants inside the fortress. They are all exactly the same, but of course we chose a favorite one. There are a couple of museums, a nice olive grove.
The city itself is not half as good as the fortress of Old Ulcinj.

A dirty overpopulated city! The beach is more or less good 18 km away near ado bayana. The kitchen also leaves much to be desired. Parking is a problem.

Cloaca city beach, avoid this city for recreation, a day will be enough for a fortress with museums.
