Overall, we liked the hotel. Good location - old town, embankment, cable car within walking distance. There is heating, as it turned out, even very decent by the standards of Georgia (in another hotel they froze altogether). It's a pity there's no heating in the lobby, we ate in jackets. It's clean enough. The breakfast is simple, but you definitely won't stay hungry. I didn't have enough good brewed coffee and normal leaf tea (not even for the money). Instant coffee and tea bags are freely available. On New Year's Eve, the hotel team made a gift - a bottle of wine and gingerbread, very nice! Overall, I had a pleasant experience.

Special thanks: I would like to mention the administrators Sabu and Gelria, who are very polite and attentive young staff at the reception. Since it was off-season, the hotel was sparsely populated. Overall, I was satisfied with the stay: objectively, the rating is 4, but thanks to the staff, I give 5.

A great hotel with a good location in the old town of Batumi. Clean, cozy, good breakfast. Administrator Nino, thank you very much, solved all the problems we had, and there were 19 of us.
