The laptop has been in service for 3 months. I called every day to find out what stage of repair it was at, but in response I heard "Sorry, we can't tell you anything, no one was working on your laptop." After a while, I finally asked to talk personally with an engineer who said, "We can't make your laptop, there are no necessary parts anywhere. You need to wait until a person with a kind heart appears and puts the necessary part on the Internet for sale. It can take as long as a year, two, three, five... In the meantime, it will just be stored with us."
There was no hope anymore. She just asked me to send it back.
When I came to pick it up at the store, I saw that it was all dusty and there were greasy finger marks on the back cover. In addition, they wrote out a check for 500 rubles for the "diagnosis".
Of course, she did not pay the money. I immediately took the laptop to another service and the next day, in the morning, they called me and said that today they could come and pick up the REPAIRED laptop.

On 11/27/2023, the laptop was repaired, it was 1.5 months old at the time of treatment, it stood as a stationary unit, respectively, the case was in perfect condition, the malfunction occurred via the power connector. As a result of interaction with the stilsmart company, nothing has been done for repairs until mid-January, I came to pick up the laptop for transfer to another SC. They were taken out in a state of "someone was playing football" all dirty, the lid was scratched and there was a dent on it. Having worried and marked all her claims in the receipt, which is given when receiving equipment, she took it away. I brought it to another SC, and then new miracles happened, the power PWM was soldered out of the laptop (I can assume that this was necessary, but when handing over the equipment to me, it must be returned, and this was not done). I came to this "wonderful place" today to pick up my detail, the answer, as Steele's employees love, is something in boorish. In short, we will not give it away, it will take a long time to look, come tomorrow or the day after tomorrow, but in general, the sparkling phrase of the specialist "I am not here today" finally finished off. What can I say. Of course, I do not expect a working PWM from them, because honesty and decency have already shown themselves to the maximum, I am sure that my spare part has gone somewhere much more necessary. Well, then, personally, my plans include, with the help of regulatory authorities, of which we have quite a few, to help the company become customer-oriented, or stop fooling people and not declare that everyone can.

I applied with a video card under warranty, I bought it recently and less than a month has passed, it turns off during work, I gave it to the service through the store, they said working, I came home the problem is the same, I tried to check on different PCs there is no result, I concluded that the office is powdering brains, does not want to repair or give money, I will go further to deal with them.

обращался в сервисный центр 2 раза, вежливые, профессиональные сотрудники. Ремонтируют смартфоны быстро, качественно и не дорого. Находятся на конечной остановке троллейбусов 7, 4,11,!2 маршрутов. Большое им спасибо.

Вежливые, профессиональные сотрудники. Ремонтируют все: от принтера и телефона до бытовой техники. Рекомендую обращаться сразу к ним и не терять время по други мастерским.

Я инвалид детства 1 группы (ДЦП), проживаю вдвоем со своим отцом-пенсионером. И в связи с моим заболеванием для меня очень важное место в жизни занимает Интернет, как средство связи с внешним миром, основное и практически единственное.
8 июня после грозы у меня пропал интернет. Для решения проблемы мне порекомендовали обратиться в сервисный центр SteelSmart, который находится на улице Горького, 151а. Так как мне тяжело передвигаться, отец сам отвез мой компьютер (системный блок) в сервисный центр. Сотрудники центра провели полную диагностику компьютера, обнаружили основную проблему и быстро ее устранили. Также были обнаружены и другие мелкие недостатки в работе моего компьютера (ему уже 10 лет). Специалисты центра быстро и качественно устранили все недостатки и улучшили работу компьютера.
Теперь, после того, как отец забрал компьютер из ремонта, у меня снова появился Интернет и связь с внешним миром, чему я очень рад. И хотел бы от души поблагодарить всех работников сервисного центра SteelSmart за качественную работу и внимательное отношение ко мне и к моим проблемам с компьютером! И пожелать дальнейших успехов в своей работе.

Ужасно долгое обслуживание, небольшую поломку чинили около 3 месяцев, и в итоге ничего не сделали, ещё взяли 500 рублей за ничто 😡
