A wonderful hotel is just an oasis in the center of such an overloaded and hot city. Perfect breakfast, lovely room, wonderful service. Thanks!

Great hotel. A super hotel . I don't understand why it's 4 stars. The only disadvantage is that the windows do not open. Clean , with a good breakfast .

Trouble. I also bought into the beautiful photos and the name of the network. I had multiple experiences visiting Steinbergers in Austria and Germany, but this turned out to be the WORST.
Standard rooms are crates, normal ones start with the junior suite.
The check-in is long. Staff speaks and thinks poorly in English. They're trying to get you everywhere… Constant problems with the room key - I had to ask for it every day. Any request to the reception puts the staff at a dead end. After repeated consultations with the manager, the issue can be settled, but get ready to participate in them yourself.
On the one hand, the location is excellent- Tahrir Square (center-center), opposite the Cairo Museum, but!!!! Since there are no traffic rules in Egypt, and the traffic lights were turned off back in 1930, given that the hotel, in addition to the square, is surrounded by two traffic arteries - you are very likely to start going crazy from the cacophony and signals of these madmen, and around the clock!!!!!
Alcohol in the hotel is at the price of a cast-iron bridge. As an example, chivas 12 years old 40 ml-900 pounds =$ 30. At the same time, when I paid about $ 300 and asked for whiskey to be poured into a decanter, it turned out that they had never had such a container and I was offered to pour it into an empty bottle of vodka, Rum, tequila.
As a result, an order was brought to my room in a beer mug covered with plastic wrap.
The worst hotel in the chain. I do not recommend it
