I turned to the store for a selection of rollers, measured the foot and picked up the model. In the store and at home, there was a feeling that the left one was sitting more tightly compared to the right one. After a couple of fittings at home, I called the store, where I was informed that everything was fine. We also agreed to come to the store to consult again, although the desire to return had already crept in because it was uncomfortable for the fingers of the left foot, which directly influenced the desire to start riding)))). When I arrived, they offered to show them how I put on the rollers and pointed out the "mistakes" and said that "everything will settle down" and advised me to start training with a trainer who will help me lace up properly and teach the correct stance. As a result, the verdict of 3 different instructors after one-time classes was that the videos were selected incorrectly and should not be pressed in the fingers .... p.s. When I contacted the store by phone, the call was accepted by the administrator Julia.

I contacted your store on 07/26/2023 asking if it is possible to return it. Since this cannot be done by law, the issue in this direction is closed. The essence of the review lies in the lack of competence, incorrect selection of goods and, probably, the desire to sell what is available. And for some reason you shift the responsibility for incorrect consultation and sale to the client. The videos were not used on the street and retained their presentation, you were informed about this (you can listen to the recording, you claimed that you have it).

Even such people are accepted by trade-in, so don't be like me. :) The key point is that the backpack to be paid for the new one should be from the same company, Dakine.
