Great gym, good coaches. On the downside, there is a musty smell in the shower. No mats for changing clothes/shoes. There is also no discount when buying a 'long-term' subscription. Well, it would not hurt to sometimes treat shells with antiseptic. In general, everything is fine!

Ventilation of the shower, yes ventilation is present, the situation is much better. But a good solution would be to make forced ventilation.

A cooler with filtered water is installed in the hall. the climate in the hall is maintained by air conditioning. the locker rooms are equipped with showers, the toilets of the locker room are regularly cleaned and kept clean. a good range of healthy food, shakers and fitness gloves are also available for sale. You can use the services of qualified trainers. the administrators are friendly and helpful, always ready to help.

My friend dragged me there. I'm not an athlete at all, I don't like sports. Once I decided to go in for sports, went to the gym in Minsk once and immediately stopped with him, barely got home) , but after coming to the Incentive and working out with coach Karolina, I really liked it. She advises how to eat right (I was even told to eat more meat, fish is a dream..) and selects exercises, a very nice girl and constantly smiles. The staff is polite and actually trying to help you there. Well, the locker room is small, but it does not interfere with training....

I live in Minsk, I constantly go to the Extreme gym. I was pleasantly surprised to find such an awesome gym in Molodechno. It is better equipped than my Extreme in Minsk.
