For a small city, not a bad train station. There is a waiting room where there is something to look at on the subject of writer Jakub Kolas. There is also a terminal for buying tickets. What I didn't like was the poor navigation. Because there are two sides at the station, south and north, it is not clear which side the train goes to Baranovichi, and which one to Minsk, you have to ask at the ticket office or from people. It is still not convenient that you need to climb the bridge to enter the city .

In 1871, the railway ran through here and the Stolbny station was built.
From 1921 to 1939, the city, along with the station, became part of Poland and was a border station.
Construction of the current station building began on May 17 and was completed on September 30, 1926. Therefore, in 2026, the building is 💯 years old and the Columns station is 155 years old.

A huge empty building and not heated, the cold is terrible. There is one coffee machine inside. There is no catering. There is a strong stench in the toilet. There is no numbering of paths. Access to the city is only through a passage in the form of a huge staircase. If you are in an armchair, a mother with a stroller, an elderly person, or just with huge bags, it is unclear how to get into the city. And in winter, the steps are all covered in snow and the stairs are very slippery. There is also a platform and a path to the tracks in the snow

And so when I returned to Stolbniki to go to Minsk, I found that it was impossible to buy a drink at the station. The point in the station building was closed until 18:00 hours, and there are no stalls or shops near the station. So I had to go to Minsk, without water.

A pedestrian bridge is a Pripyat, and for people with cardiovascular diseases or disorders of the musculoskeletal system, it is a whole test. In winter, due to the episodic nature of its cleaning, the bridge becomes extreme, causing TBI and injuries of varying severity. Well, the train station... A pacifier in a beautiful wrapper.
