The short version.
Positive:
There are no significant complaints about the work on the chassis and air conditioning.
Minuses:
The bumper was hit while working on the air conditioner.
They repainted it for 1.5 weeks at their own expense, feeding it with breakfast every day.
I had to call them every time and even threaten them with the police.
They screwed the bumper crookedly, damaging the corner of the wing, shyly smearing it.
The radiator guard was broken, leaving it dangling inside.
The paint on the bumper began to peel off after a week.
They bent the wing and tore off the bumper fasteners by gluing it and wrapping it with wire.
So, in more detail:
This is my first review of the service station. But it would be wrong not to share. I chose this service station because the location was convenient for me and the prices were pleasant. I read the reviews before I went and >95% were very positive.
The story began with the fact that I signed up for a chassis diagnosis. I allocate a day off for myself and my wife (she needs a car for work), I come... It turns out that they forgot to call me back and reschedule the recording. As a result, I'm overwriting, it's not a day off anymore. The wife is forced to drive an Uber, minus the money. But okay, it happens for everyone + they made a 30% discount on diagnostics.
Then I signed up for chassis repairs, air conditioner maintenance and engine cushion replacement. There were minor problems with spare parts, finished the next day.
I come to take it, I sort of inspect everything, check it out, but I didn't approach the front of the car. But in vain. I pay them > 6000 UAH. As soon as I paid, they show me that they hit my front bumper right up to the crack. They apologize and offer to fix and repaint themselves. Yes, this is a plus, but talking after payment is piggish. They promise to try to repaint the next day in expert mode. Then the administration calls me and the deadline is postponed to Saturday. Without getting through to the sub, I come in person. The director is perplexed and says that he asked to say "on Monday". He gave me his number. On Monday, I had to call again. "They can't pick up the paint." They picked up 3 days. On Thursday they promised to bring it in the 1st half of the day. I'm calling after 13 o'clock. "They'll be here by the end of the day." I call after 19: "I'll see what's in traffic, they'll be in time or not and I'll call you back." Of course, no one called back. The holidays have begun (Independence Day). I already had to threaten the police, the director promised to call on Monday morning. 13 hours, and what do you think? Of course, no calls. As a result, they gave it in half in the evening with grief. Visually, everything seemed to be in order, but I picked it up in the evening, I left out of harm's way. The next day, something began to rustle from the side of the right wheel and I went to another service station for diagnosis. There are no complaints about the running gear, everything is honest and normal, but the bumper has moved away in a week, there are significant gaps on the left and right and even in the center. As it turned out, the bumper was incorrectly screwed on, simultaneously bending the corner of the right wing and the wing itself shyly smearing it with paint, and also broke the protective grille and left it hanging inside. They also broke the bumper fasteners by gluing and attaching them to the wire!
Objectively, I would never advise anyone to go there, because it's a lottery. Or they will do something simple well, or they will mess up out of complete irresponsibility and begin to eat abundantly with breakfasts and promises every day, getting additional substantial money. Also, take the car back very carefully after examining every detail.
