First of all, I want to note the convenient location of the station.
When I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff. The service was quick and without delay. The masters performed diagnostics and identified several minor problems that I did not suspect. All the shortcomings were explained in an accessible language and reasonable solutions were offered without imposing additional services.
The price of the services turned out to be quite acceptable, especially considering the quality of the work.

The first impression is good, the reception is nice, the waiting area is good. But I think the most important thing is still car repair. What you wrote in the order is not seen at close range, I had to "poke my finger" at each item. As a result, we made one out of 5 points. And the price was rolled out 3 times more expensive than the market. When getting a car, they didn't even let you talk to the master, they have a queue, and you're sitting here trying to ask questions, interfering with work. And like a "headshot", after standing on the street near the railway for 3 days, the car was covered with an inch of dirt. And I came to them right after the car wash, having my own car wash, and I didn't burn the car to the client, which was their fault for 3 days (but in the advertisement they beautifully write how they put everything in covers, etc.) this is outright disgusting!! You will not get any service or adequate prices here!!

I am sharing an unpleasant experience when providing car repair services at the Pravda Maintenance Station, Minsk, Brilevsky cul-de-sac. 5. On Friday, April 25, 2025, I could not get to the capital for about 30 km, the clutch of the Touareg 2.5 car on mechanics was completely lost. It disappeared gradually, but quickly (with great effort, the 6th was turned on, later no higher than the 5th, a little later the 4th and later no pedal in the floor). I found myself hostage to the situation on the Friday evening before the big weekend. From Luninets itself, it is 245 km to the center of the capital. At a late hour, I was pulled into the city. In the morning, I independently found out the cause of the malfunction, the liquid level was above average, there were no leaks overnight, I admit that it could have remained in the protective box. Suspicion fell on the working release cylinder under the clutch pedal, when I got to it, I found that the plastic bracket (the connecting element between the cylinder and the pedal itself) was badly worn out, and in addition, an unknown assholes guessed to put two nails in the cylinder itself. The most terrible collective farm looks terrible, but for the entire period of operation it had not caused any problems up to this point and there was no need to specifically climb to look at it. But now it's obvious that it needs to be changed. Then, after picking up the phone and calling a dozen HUNDRED people, I found out that no one could accept me urgently due to a multi-day appointment (the next day is Monday), there were also those who completely refused to take a Tour on mechanics. The Pravda service station was ready to accept the problem I had agreed upon, provided that I found a spare part and drove the car by a certain time. But the truth is, I wish I hadn't reached you at all. We couldn't even approximate the price because there could be hidden defects with tubes, connections, etc. along the way, and you may need to buy and replace something. It's logical, I totally agreed with that. It was a shortened working Saturday, and I had to work hard to find and buy a part in a short time and deliver the car to Pravda. As a result, I gave away the key and, as a customer, I expect to provide high-quality repair services. I was warned that they might not have time to do it on the same day and would not give a guarantee for the installation of a used spare part provided by me for replacement. I also agreed with that. After talking through all the parties, he left the car with a demand to return all the replaced elements of the car. Skipping a couple of calls on the subject of winding and waiting time, the next day I received a call with information about the readiness of the car. When I arrived, I checked out and paid 325 rubles for replacing the cylinder, refilling and pumping the system, I parted with this not modest money, taking into account the urgent need for a car. And if you don't think that's a lot, then no, it's a lot for this job. So they also finish me off by saying that - “the problem has not gone away, it sits even deeper, supposedly the matter is in the box itself, the clutch basket wants to leave this world and only an autopsy will show, but you will get home,” they assured me. We replaced the cylinder for you, we pumped the system for you and pumped it more than once. Not just pumped, but pumped with special equipment under pressure. But you still don't squeeze the clutch properly, you need to squeeze the clutch pedal 3-4 times if it doesn't squeeze out from the first and then switch, but you'll get home. After leaving your Sprawling Pravda service station, I had to return half an hour later because they forgot to replace the overhead cover on the engine. We apologized and wished you a good trip, thank you. But I didn't get home on my own. After driving exactly 58 km from Minsk, the one-on-one clutch in the car disappeared completely, as it disappeared on Friday the 25th. I miss the way home, another story as they say. But when the car was finally delivered to the house, after examining the car, the first thing that caught my eye was the lack of fasteners in the engine compartment (I wrote to you in TG asking you to return it, and they never returned it). The second is the lack of fasteners for the protection of the checkpoint (there were 5, there were 3 left). Third, there was no factory-glued fur coat on the protection itself (according to your legend, as we later found out, it was in oil), but it was not up to you to decide whether it was there or not. Instead of calling, you hid this moment, you had no right to throw it away without my knowledge! And the mounting bolts on the protection, it turns out, were also in oil? Did you throw them away, or did you have enough fasteners in your cars? Fourth, they didn't return all the old spare parts at once, so I had to ask a person to go to Pravda and pick up a small, ridiculously large spare part. Ask why? The answer is none of your business, it must be returned, period. And of course, the Fifth thing is that when the protection was removed, a rubber gasket was found on the stretcher between one of the two fittings connecting to the compensator (the so-called snail), which is located almost in the middle of the route between the clutch cylinder and the gearbox. I can't wrap my head around what Truth did you put into the tightness of the system when you repeatedly pumped it? And don't say that they didn't climb there, I'll never believe it. Rubber rings do not evaporate from the system without a trace. And there it is simply missing. The old (worn-out) is missing and absolutely none is present. Emptiness. In a garage with jacks, on my knees with my father in a car weighing 2.8 tons. We changed a set of rubber bands that can be bought in almost any car store for mere pennies, the two of them pumped the clutch system in the most primitive but time-consuming way. And the car drove off, starting to switch with one squeeze and to date has run more than 200 km without complaints at the checkpoint. How is it possible to perform such work so carelessly at a station with lifts with different sets of tools? The “truthful” pens of the employees, which touched not only our car, are not so truthful. You need to put more than one supervisor over each one, and at least control things of a basic nature for installing rubber rings and returning fasteners to their rightful places. And you do it in the style of a free-spirited American, and I do what I want. To sum up, I can say that under the guise of this service station, the Truth (now it is a network of service stations) is a typical mockery, fraud and disregard instead of high-quality repairs. It's up to you to decide whether to give your car and recommend it to your friends. I give the service Minus Five stars.
