This is not the first time I have come here and in general they are repairing well. But I'll add a spoonful of tar. Once I brought a tractor starter, repaired it, cleaned it, put it on, but it stopped working again under load. I returned it, examined it again, they said that the brushes were for replacement, but these are not yet available. Since it was a spare starter, the timing was not tight. As a result, every few months I went to the city and visited them at the service station. The starter continued to gather dust on the shelf and a year later I visited again, but they did not have a starter. They ran over me, saying they called me but I didn't pick it up, so it was probably disposed of... I'm still young, I don't have sclerosis, so I responsibly declare that they have never received a single call on this starter. I did not swear, demand money for repairs and scrap, write complaints, because I was already thinking of disassembling it for copper anyway, because no one else would have done it, but I will leave a comment here, because this is disrespectful to the client. Not only did they lose the starter, they didn't offer refunds, they also accused me. Moreover, understanding the situation, they watched me when I got into the car and called about my business, it was obvious from my face that they thought I was calling their joint. Reputation is earned over the years, and it can be ruined very quickly.

I brought the car to replace the retractor on the starter, took it without recording, did it in a day, everything was fine, BUT if it wasn't for one caveat: when I came to pick up the car, they said that everything was ready, everything was working. I paid well and went happy to check immediately under the hood (experience from previous craftsmen), immediately noticed a reflow on the + terminal of the battery, decided to remove it and saw an unpleasant picture: part of the metal broke off from the terminal and, accordingly, traces of a short circuit were visible. I was told about the claim: "It doesn't affect work," well, then you can drive on. The master who repaired it did not immediately admit the mistake. Naturally, there was no question of any compensation. By the way, the battery is a year old, the terminals were perfectly new. A star for the fact that the starter was won after all and the car starts.

I delivered cars to the guys twice. The first time was in the summer of 2022, I caught a non-starter a couple of times, the problem was reproduced literally three times over the course of two weeks. We examined it, tried to reproduce it at home - it didn't work out. They didn't take any money for the work. They advised me to come when it starts playing on a "permanent basis". So I rode until the spring of 2023 without any problems) After the starter started working once every couple of days from the 15th, I went to the guys. They fixed it quickly and accurately, left it in the morning and took it away after lunch. Thank you very much! I recommend it!

I gave it to the Valeo generator for repair. We did it quickly, there are no questions. The car was started up after 4 months and immediately the generator started knocking on the idle, in the cabin there is generally a slotting as from connecting rods. After removing it, it turned out that the landing of two bearings in the covers was weakened, and the rotor has a small axial backlash in the bearings. Of course, no one reported about these nuances. It seems that the bearings were changed, and the money was taken for work, but in fact the generator was scrapped.

It's hard to call it a repair. I applied twice and both times there were, so to speak, nuances.
At first, I repaired their generator, they sorted it out, they said that everything was fixed and checked, but it gave out 12.6 for me. I delivered it to them again and only after replacing the diode bridge everything became normal.
After a while, I turned to them again, but with a starter. The retractor was replaced and the brushes were told that they were checked at the stand and everything was OK, but the next day the starter "fell silent", then it seemed to come to life, but the problem remained, which did not always manifest itself. The guys were constantly sent to the car electrician, they say the problem is in the wiring, the car electrician is back to them (consumption over 20a) at the moment of silence of the starter and a characteristic click. In general, this circus continued until I went to a normal starter. As a result, it was found that the flywheel suffered from such a starter operation while the "experts" were looking for what the problem was.
The conclusion is that the guys will easily fix typical malfunctions for you (replacement of brushes, etc.), which many car owners can handle themselves, but if something more serious happens..
I highly recommend it because I lost a lot of time, money for an auto electrician + almost got to replace the flywheel. And nerves are priceless.
