Simple budget "canteen" food for the price of a set lunch at a local restaurant. Such a retro dining room with the appropriate staff ..., a kind of time machine, you get to minus 20 years ago ...
Better burgers and fries....Anyway!
One of the disadvantages is black mold on the walls. Now it has apparently been painted over, as it has recently been renovated.

Cheap, there is not much choice, but for this money it is better than any shawarma, soup in the world with cutlets, salad compote 6 rubles, I have been there very low prices in many canteens around the country!!
