I have lunch almost every day in different canteens in Minsk. I take the first, second, salal and compote. I always pay from 3 to 6.50 rubles. As stated in the average bill.
I paid 9.50 rubles in this dining room. despite the fact that I forgot to take the compote.
So in fact, the average bill here is 7-8 rubles, at least.
