At the reception, we warned that we would be traveling from another city + it would be written at our own expense, we were booked on 22.09 at 16:50. We arrived at 15.30 and decided to clarify about the recording. All entries in the journal are made in pencil, and our entry is present, but at the reception they tell us that the doctor for whom we came has already left, like a few hours ago, and will not receive us. And the only thing they could offer us was to rewrite us on 29.09. They can't explain the cost of the implant properly. When making an appointment, they didn't say anything about a 3D X-ray, on the day of the appointment we called to clarify the time of the appointment and found out that it was needed (at the other end of the tube, the girl was only surprised: - didn't they tell you?).
