She did a professional dental cleaning, the doctor was great, gave recommendations on care, explained everything thoroughly, cleaned painlessly, the girl assistants also do their job well, there is a nice and friendly woman at the reception. Renata Arturovna was here at the doctor's office for a comprehensive cleaning. And what can I say: This is the worst trip to the dentist in my life. I'm serious. My requests were ignored, the fact that it hurts me too. Moreover, the doctor was passive-aggressive. When I told her that I was in a lot of pain, she said, well, what can I do. When she covered my face with a napkin and I couldn't breathe, I told her about it, she said: SO THERE'S SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR SINUSES. I wanted to leave in the middle of the procedure, but since I realized that I didn't want to make a drama, I decided to stay until the end. But it was horror and torture. I already had a cleaning done 2 years ago and everything was completely different. About the clinic itself: doctors have no assistants, the equipment is average or below average. At the same time, the prices are high. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

Unfortunately, I do not know the name of the doctor who blinded the ugly front tooth to me, referring to the fact that it cannot be otherwise (and I know for sure that it can). Neither the administrator nor the doctor herself thought it necessary to tell me the name of the doctor. It's just a terrible place, which is why you can sign up there if it's urgent, as in my case. So that you understand, in an excellent clinic, you can put a veneer for 250 rubles, and here they stuck a chipped piece of tooth for 110 rubles. How can a normal doctor do such a deformity? Seeing that all the teeth are even and square in shape, she sculpts me a round (if you can call it that) tooth, all humped and rough, shorter than the others and with slits on both sides. It's a front tooth! And he claims that there is no other way. There is no guarantee for this. Disgusting. I just wanted to get up and leave during the work. That's how urgency can play out..

Terrible dentistry, not a foot here anymore, and I don't advise anyone! I was here at the complex "cleaning with ultrasound and Airflow". To begin with, the Doctor could not set up the equipment in any way, which splashed water all the time (came out all wet and stained), made everything painful, unpleasant. I will note that before the reception, I told the doctor that there is a retainer on the jaw, after the briquettes, you need to do it carefully, to which the doctor said that he knows everything and will do everything. As a result, when I left dentistry, I realized that the retainer is now barely holding on to my teeth. So, I had to go to the orthodontist and glue the retainer, also pay money for it. To my deepest shock and horror, the orthodontist informed me that the stones were not all removed, showed all the flaws. When I reported that the complex was done for me in 20 minutes, to put it mildly, "awesome", because a good cleaning is done for about an hour. I go to this procedure every half a year, but before that I was in other clinics, and believe me, I have never met such horror anywhere.

And then, in another clinic, they had to redo and re-lay the medicine. Prices are much higher than in other clinics. The only thing I am grateful to this clinic for is a quick appointment. I chose her only because there was no other choice. I do not recommend it

A nervous doctor.The nurse has absolutely no experience, she dug her fingers so deep into my throat 2 times that she caused gag reflexes. Fortunately, I still didn't throw up. They waited for me for an hour, eventually they put a temporary seal on me and I made an appointment for the next appointment in a few days. The temporary seal fell out the next day. Never set foot in this clinic again.
