I rarely write reviews, but this time I can't help but write. I applied to this dentistry in June 2021, based on good reviews and recommendations from my friends. She was serviced by Veronika Igorevna-a wonderful specialist, there were no complaints at all. But after the last two visits (the last one was today), I was very disappointed. I applied to dentistry in early February, but since Veronika Igorevna was on sick leave, I was signed up to another specialist: at first 18:30, then they called back and reported that something was not working and overwritten at 19:00 to another (guy, he is the only one working there). As a result, the doctor took me to an appointment only at 19:40, while waiting, I told the administrator: make an appointment for another day, I can't wait. I was assured that the doctor will definitely see you, wait a bit. But as soon as I sat down in the chair and began to explain what was bothering me, the receptionist came in and said: "A patient came to you at 20:00." The doctor apologized softly under his breath, when asked about my problem, he began to tell me about my whole mouth, and not about a specific question. Well, in the end, he concluded that I need to delete channels and everything is so scary, but he doesn't do it. I waited 40 minutes, the doctor told me his guesses and did not help me in any way. I immediately made an appointment with another specialist. Today I came to the appointment at 9:45 (I was a little late), I was on the spot at 10:00, I warned the doctor beforehand so that they would give it to the doctor. And what was my surprise when I said that I was going to Anna Igorevna at 9:45, and they told me: "Wait, the doctor is still busy." Bottom line: I went to the doctor at 10:45. They didn't apologize to me, as they should. Well, at least they solved my question. It turned out that everything was fine with my tooth, the enamel just weakened: they varnished me and that's it. Although the guy's doctor had previously claimed that everything was scary for me and I needed to be cut. And it turns out he could have done it when I was at his reception. What I want to say is that I am very disappointed. Doctors, you don't like and you get angry when people are late for an appointment or don't come at all without warning. So patients are not pleased that in situations like mine, the patient's time is not valued. I take time off from work for a certain time, but in fact time does not matter, you accept us anyhow, so why then record? If you know that you are not in time, take time with a margin, write not an hour but half an hour, you will have time to rest yourself. In my situation, it turned out to be 5 minutes of work, and I spent 3 hours of my working time, but I could have spent an hour ... "Thank you" for the service.

I went here before, I won't go any more, it's not very pleasant. They don't issue checks.

It's a terrible clinic. I was making teeth. For 1 seal, they take 100 rubles and at the same time do not do their job normally. The doctor had a task: to remove caries. As a result, I sealed part of the tooth without removing the caries. And of course they didn't give a guarantee :) Why is it so difficult to do your job properly?

There was an early morning appointment. Already at the reception, an uncomfortable feeling appeared: the service staff went around loudly talking about non-business topics that the client does not really need to know about. Plus, the friendliness at the reception does not even smell. Then I was surprised by the room where the treatment takes place: there are already three chairs in it at the same time, not separated from each other in any way. There aren't even any partitions...Then they made me wait for the right device to be released, although it could have been foreseen in advance, knowing what I signed up for. I am not sure that I will return there and that I will recommend this dentistry to someone.

My mother used to praise this dentistry very much, especially the doctor Anastasia Valentinovna. And now the attitude towards this dentistry is the opposite. My wife treated Anastasia Valentinovna's tooth there about a year ago. For about 2 months, I treated 1 tooth: first, the nerve was killed, the inflammatory process began: the gums and cheek swelled, the temperature came to them, they were sent to another doctor to clean the canal, which this doctor was not at all happy about. Then all my treatment was divided into "a million" visits, because there is little time for a person, you need to take the next one, earn money. Anastasia Valentinovna did not even bother to check how she sealed the channels. The cost of the tooth in terms of USD was more than $ 100. So the prices here are absolutely normal. After the treatment, there was a sediment: something crunches in the gum, tries not to load this tooth, because the cavity around the tooth begins to ache. At the end of the treatment, without using tools, just glancing into her mouth, Anastasia Valentinovna made a verdict: "We need to treat 4 more teeth in the near future." I was upset, fortunately, I had to go to the dentist for an examination, so another dentist, when his wife said that 4 teeth needed to be treated, looked at her with huge eyes and asked: "Who told you such nonsense?". The next episode was with my daughter, whom my mother took to the same Anastasia Valentinovna. She treated a lot of teeth for the child, took money as for fillings that are not given to children, only to adults. We learned about this from another doctor of this dentistry, who treated the child's teeth after Anastasia Valentinovna refused to continue treatment. As far as I know, Anastasia Valentinovna is their local star. Apparently, money has become much more important than the quality of work. And the last case: mom needed to treat the tooth under a microscope. She was signed up for Marina Sergeevna. Her mother came to her for treatment after a consultation, they injected her with some kind of horse dose of painkiller, from which she retreated for half a day afterwards. As a result, it all ended with Marina Sergeevna sending her tooth to be removed, telling her that there was inflammation, a hole, etc. Mom was shocked: the doctor who sent her to treat this tooth under a microscope told her that the tooth was strong, it would not have to be removed. It's a good thing she didn't go to the surgeon, but went to another doctor. It turned out that there was no inflammation, there was no hole, and most importantly ("cherry on the cake"!) there was a TOOL in the tooth! As my mother understood, the needle with which the channels are cleaned. Today I went to the doctor again, they will try to remove this fragment, if it does not work out, they will have to leave it. The tooth, by the way, is strong and you will not have to remove it. As for me, it is necessary to sue them, but even here they are good: they prefer to receive money in cash, of course, they do not give any checks, they add everything up and write it down in a notebook.... Therefore, you can't prove anything to anyone now. The attitude is simply inhuman....

Problems with registration: I made an appointment with a certain doctor in advance. There was an appointment only for Saturday. I adjusted my plans and scheduled a visit. During the day, I called and clarified the relevance of the recording. They clarified the first and last name and time and said that everything was OK. On the day of the appointment, I came in advance, got to the office 20 minutes after the appointment and already there I learned from the doctor that they would not treat me because another person was registered. First of all, you come in and no one greets you, tells you where to undress, where to go. It's a small thing, but in paid clinics you expect some kind of service. Then the doctor, after examining the tooth, said that two should be treated, because contact caries, but we won't have time for 2 today, so we treat one. Then, having already drilled one, I said that it was convenient to clean the second one now, I had no choice, so I nodded.. and I think it was a mistake, because all the rest of the work was done in a hurry, because the recording time was designed for the treatment of one tooth. During the treatment, I constantly had a dental instrument on me, I had never met such a thing, to be honest, I was also sprayed with water twice, and apparently a piece of the material from which fillings are made flew into my hair, but I noticed it only at home and had to comb it out somehow. In general, the impressions after all this are terrible. I think it's unprofessional. You need to think not only about the teeth, but also about the comfort of the client, and if you know that you are not in time, then do not take it. I hope because of this rush it will not turn out later that they will have to be treated(
