3. The tile turned out to be completely different in tone, moreover, with a gloss - it was completely matte on the sample and several tones lighter. I advise you to go to the warehouse before buying and check for compliance.
4. In general, the attitude towards the client is bad, they do not want to meet you halfway, you can not always get through on the phone, you may not answer in messengers, the management does not seek to leave a pleasant impression. It feels like the only goal is to make money, and no one wants to solve the problems.

When I came to the store, there were difficulties in principle with the design of the bathroom, since our designer could not cope with the embodiment of our ideas in the picture, but here, in addition to selecting tiles, they helped a lot with the design, a little later after the repair I will attach a photo. In a nutshell, the guys helped with everything that was necessary for a comfortable bathroom and toilet, my wife is delighted, because we are very demanding on the quality of the material and design!)

We stopped at the salon at 131 Dzerzhinsky Ave. on Saturday during working hours, the door was closed, there was an inscription on it: a technical break of 30 minutes. The manager said on the phone that she would be there in 10-15 minutes, after waiting 20 minutes and calling the manager a second time, no one answered the call. What a piggish attitude to customers!!!! We will never come to this salon again.
