They refuse service , they say the administrator is dealing with these issues , as a result , no one is suitable . The guard throws the number like pigs to the director , who then answers the phone that he is sleeping , he does not have time . And after that , he calls back and says that you are on the blacklist , cool !!! I suggest that the director of this institution re-read the law of the Republic of Belarus , on the black spike and in general , whether there is one , on the refusal of services that they also offer, as well as on the refund of money for non-performance .
