You need to be present at the shipment of the material, they ship not what they paid for, but what they have without warning. I ordered cement with delivery, they brought the wrong brand and the wrong weight, not by mistake, but intentionally because there was no paid cement in the warehouse at the time of shipment, I found out upon arrival of the car at the address.

The attitude is disgusting! The driver is not single-minded, drove through the colors of the neighbors, rocked the car while unloading, stretched out his legs, reacted to the hiccups. Delivery of VIP "Limousine" 800 rubles for 1 km of distance, without participation in unloading!!!
