The consultants are excellent, the store is pleasant, they often hold promotions with discounts, but they had a competition "Give a gift and get a discount" for the New Year. And among the donors, they will then choose the most original gifts and give prizes to five. We decided to participate, I made a beautiful Christmas tree with my own hands from a bottle of champagne, wrapped it with green tinsel and glued chocolates, round in the form of Christmas balls. It turned out beautifully, the staff was very admired and thanked. When the winners were published, there were two knitted needles (knitting was in the same style), but from different participants, a gingerbread with a congratulatory verse, a bead bracelet with the words build decor, which can be assembled in 3 minutes, and simple purchased mugs. The main part of the winners were from Astana. Draw your own conclusions about how they conduct contests. I attach photos of the winners and our gift, an invaluable Christmas tree. It's nice, of course, that the sellers were at least pleased with our gift, but the sediment remained that the gift made with the soul did not turn out to be better for them than at least purchased mugs....

I was in the store on 08/27/21, I waited until 3 rolls of wallpaper were taken out of the warehouse for 20 minutes. The manager did not respond to the comments immediately, they offered to take the money, went to 12 months and bought the same wallpaper for 7 thousand cheaper! I do not recommend the store, the choice is not great, the prices are too high, and the staff is not competent!
