The store itself is excellent, there is a large selection of goods... but the service itself is terrible. I don't know about other departments, I'll just say where I was and wanted to make a purchase. The staff goes about their business, no one comes up. And if everyone is lucky enough to find a consultant, then he just comes up with such reluctance and with a dissatisfied face, as if I distracted him from an important matter. And every word needs to be extracted from him. He will not offer anything, he will not advise. I have been to this store more than once, although the product range is diverse, there is no desire to make a purchase at all with such an attitude to the customer. Balago in Lugansk there are many other good shops where customers are always happy to see.

09/29/2024 at 7 minutes before closing, I came to see the colors of the carpet and wanted to buy, but at first they did not let me through, they said the store was closed. I wanted to just look at the colors to make a choice, with a scandal, I finally entered the department, but the lights were already turned off and the consultants were no longer there, they were already going home. I went up to the administrator and asked for a complaint book. I wanted to complain why the store was closed even though it should still be open, but I was refused a Complaint book. I asked the Administrator's last name, to which I was given the answer that she did not have a last name. Now you will have to contact other authorities. The attitude towards customers is boorish, there is no culture of communication. Do not go to this store where the service is at zero. I hope a consumer protection check will come to them and they will find a lot more interesting things

In June, we bought a coffee machine at this shopping center for 51 thousand, gave a receipt, and undertook to adhere to warranty obligations in accordance with the law of the Russian Federation dated 02/07/1992 N2300-1 "On Consumer Protection" This coffee machine worked for exactly two months, after which it stopped pouring coffee, giving out only one water. They brought the coffee machine to their shopping center, told and showed everything about this breakdown.The sellers checked the coffee machine with us, and were convinced of its malfunction.The sellers took the coffee machine for diagnosis and repair and said they would bring the coffee machine in a month.After a second visit, we were given the answer that the expert department had not found a breakdown, and the coffee machine has not been brought to this day, and we are being fed promises..... Most likely we will sue and the prosecutor's office at this Stroyland shopping center demanding a refund for defective goods and non-compliance with warranty obligations. I do not recommend buying household appliances at this mall.

For example, in the fall of 2023. I managed to purchase an Allumet brand ladder here for only 25 thousand Russian rubles. Plus the price of home delivery --1600 Russian rubles. At the same time, for the rest, even if it could be delivered to the LPR, its price without home delivery would be at least 40 thousand Russian rubles.

Today I went to buy paint at 10 minutes to five, i.e. after 10 minutes they sold it to me with such a face and they say quickly let's go overboard, I went to the cashier and paid for everything. It all took 3 minutes. I say I need brushes and rollers. So this mymra started shouting the store is closing and she needs to change her clothes. I didn 't sell it , I was rude .I bought the paint for three thousand and a penny. I went to another store, I timed it in 2 minutes and bought 2.5 thousand rollers. Well, if they don't need money, their problems. It 's just that if the store is open until 5 , then it should work until 5 . And change their clothes and go home after 5 . The guard didn't say anything when I came in, saying that the store was already closed..
