In short: I've been crying all night and I hate the reflection.
Red bottom with a horizontal yellow stripe and potion strands.
The top is black.
The skin was burned by the second staining when the work of the first master was corrected. It even hurts to comb your hair.
And it hurts me to talk about the length without tears.
I asked for tips, but not to the square. They didn't even split, but they were a little dry. They also made the face shorter (they didn't splice how to cut it) instead of an even cut so that it was as collective farm as possible.
This is the second time the topmaster corrects his work for other masters.
Husband's reaction: I hope you didn't pay for it. And I was paying. Because I was also told off after the fact that I could have guessed for myself, such coloring would not work. Although I've been wearing the same makeup for 2 years now.
They also wanted to give me a receipt that I understand that Khan's hair.
Don't set foot in this place. I choose a hoodie with a hood, I seriously think about buying a wig or a false tail.

Complex coloring in this salon is a complete failure. She showed her own photo with air touch coloring as a reference, and as a result, the result was simply shocking. Absolutely not what I wanted, the roots were dark, and they remained. After drying my hair, it was perfectly clear that I just sat there for two hours, my hair was not actually highlighted, then all the masters began to tell me that I had thin hair and how I did not want to achieve the effect, which is funny, because the refrain is my own photo. As a result, they tinted it again, which slightly improved the situation, but, of course, they did not achieve the option that they would like to see. As a result, it is now clearly visible that the length is much lighter than the root, and in cold light it generally seems that the roots were not colored. Money is wasted
I did not understand what kind of care there was at all, with my home care, the hair is much softer and silkier than after "salon" care.
They take money, but they don't know how to do it

I wanted to radically change the color of my hair, showed the master a photo with wishes, as a result I got my own color, only lighter and then barely noticeable, in general, money was wasted. The salon spoiled the mood, I was very upset about the result. Also, do not repaint yourself in the near future, any composition was applied and you do not want to make up so often, spoil your hair.

I signed up for Olga's top master for the combo "complex coloring, grooming and haircut". They took it accordingly, but I am shocked by the result.
I gave them their Instagram videos as a reference. As a result, it turned out not the coloring that I asked for, although the master blew with a hair dryer, but it did not turn out that smooth beautiful transition, as in the video.
At first I thought it was a monochrome coloring, but after photographing my roots, I saw that it was still complicated, but absolutely not the way I asked.
There was a yellowish tinge, I immediately noticed it, I was offered to do tinting, I agreed. The result was not bad, I left quite satisfied. A week has passed, the tinting has been washed away, a yellowish tinge remains.
Care. I didn't feel it from the word at all. At first, I didn't understand when he was in the salon. Applying a balm or some kind of remedy that was washed off immediately - salon care? I have already been to other salons for such procedures, where the care lasts at least 20 minutes. But okay, maybe some kind of innovative method, but my hair looks more like straw after visiting this salon. The moment when the condition of the hair was better before. Barely saves my home care with good and expensive products, but if earlier after applying them my hair did not fluff and everyone asked if I had used keratin (as, by the way, it was noticed in the salon), now it's just a nightmare, the tips are dry all the time, the hair is fluffed ... It's a shame to the core I feel like I was just tricked. I went to a top master, did not save money, asked only to do everything efficiently, but it turned out…
Perhaps 3 hours is not enough for such a procedure, but 1) I came for 20 minutes at all, as I was asked, since the master was released earlier 2) if more time is needed for this procedure, they could tell about it and offer an early appointment.
They didn't tell me that it takes more time.
There was a very unpleasant aftertaste after visiting this salon. I do not recommend this place!
Did you write them the same message in Viber that I received? "We apologize." Well, at least you apologized, thanks for that.
I give 2 stars for apologizing and for the fact that at least you can walk with such coloring, even though it's far from what I wanted. But it's absolutely not worth the money.

I was wearing makeup in November, ayrtach. They did it often, bleached it so that now I've been treating my hair for six months, I can't even tone it properly, what can I say about complex coloring, hair, finally falling off. And now you have to wait 1-2 years for your hair to grow back in order to do at least something with it. There would be a score of 0 or - 0 would put it. I don't know if this is an isolated incident or a human factor, but judging by the latest comments, this has already happened.
My wife signed up for coloring, after which she discovered that her hair had been burned off. There were a lot of tantrums in the hut, because the only option that remains is to cut it all off.
I would advise the management of this institution to take a closer look at the staff, because earlier another master did everything well.
In fact, it is somehow outraging that the master did not immediately say that this was the situation and did not offer a solution, because 100% of the master saw the singed hair. Instead, it was all just laid out well so that it wouldn't be noticeable and that's it.
