On Saturday, I was terribly upset about visiting this place. I recorded the child through an online recording (saved the screenshot) in advance. 2 hours before the visit, the administrator called me to confirm the entry, I confirmed it. When we arrived with the child 2 hours later, the receptionist informed us that we were not registered. When asked how this is possible, nothing meaningful was said. Moreover, the master was sitting in a chair at that time resting and saying that this was not their problem. As a result, no solution to the situation was offered, they never cut it, the child is upset, I am shocked by such an event and attitude. They wrote a complaint, the receptionist was just giggling. We will not go to this salon anymore, although we have been regular customers for a long time. How you can treat your customers so indifferently is a big question. I advise the director to do a lot of work with the ethics staff.

We had a haircut with a baby 1.1 year old on 12/17.24 . This is our second haircut. The child immediately sat up , then began to cry because the master pricked him . When we told the master that we would calm the child down immediately, she simply ignored our words and continued to cut!! The feeling is not very pleasant !!! It feels like there's a convoy, even though there wasn't a single person there. Well, the bonus of daoi is a chupa-chups and a ball , that's a plus for this , the process itself and the haircut leaves much to be desired. The child was cut early in the barber shop - the impressions are super!! And we will not return to stylish kids!
