Maybe it benefits someone that all construction and technical expertise shows the "norm", or the methods of calculation by experts with questionable education (advanced training) with errors? Don't waste your money, solve the problem with arrogant, noisy neighbors with alternative options.

In this organization, a "specialist" is called a person (and he conducts "examinations") who has not mastered school physics and Russian language courses. From the pearls of the "specialist" Dadkov in the "expert opinion": "To improve the quality of vacuuming, it was decided to increase the bonding time" (the vacuum system in the packaging machine works independently of the sealing system); "performance tests were carried out to study performance"; "To improve the quality of packaging, it was decided to heat carbon dioxide at using a Yato hair dryer" (there was a mixture of nitrogen and carbon dioxide in the cylinder at a pressure of 180 Bar, Dadkov took a technical hair dryer and began to heat the gas reducer with it). To please the customer, Dadkov distorted the facts, indicating the absence of a TR CU certificate (despite its presence), understated the machine's performance settings and wishful thinking to please the customer. One of the positive qualities of the office can be called customer orientation, and the negative ones are low literacy. Such "specialists" at my school in the working-class area were corrected at vocational school after the 8th grade.

During the renovation of the apartment, I had to face an extremely unpleasant situation, when the money and time spent gave (to put it mildly) a completely different result than originally agreed. The situation with unscrupulous employees could not be solved in a human way. My friends, also from new settlements, advised me to go to the experts. On their recommendation, I applied to the Forensic Expert Board for a construction and technical expertise regarding poorly performed repairs. As a result, it turned out that there were even more mistakes in the repair than we thought.
