A simple budget city hotel, quite suitable for accommodation during an excursion holiday with good transport accessibility. Advantageous location relative to the attractions of Antalya. Near the Old Town and the port, Mermeli beach, Konyalti beach is a 30-minute walk away, you can take a tram, Ataturk Park. Although the room has old furniture, it is clean, it was standard on the 2nd floor, there is a tea set with a kettle, gel, shampoo and conditioner in the shower, slippers, hair dryer, towels and bed linen. The breakfasts are standard for Turkey, where desserts were present-this is not always available at breakfast. At the reception, a Russian-speaking receptionist tells you how to get where and by what and you can book excursions or taxis.

A very pleasant hotel!!! They were warmly welcomed, immediately fed a delicious breakfast (chok guzel) and sent to the room, which they immediately liked. Unfortunately, starting from the 5th floor they closed for the winter, because of the reviews they wanted to go higher, but the 4th is also good.
Wi-Fi works like a machine gun, which is very important.
The location of the hotel is great: just in the middle between Kaleici and Konyaalti beach, plus there was a market with vegetables and fruits nearby. So far, we have just started living, there have been no negatives.
We have extensive experience of traveling to Turkey and staying in different hotels. I definitely recommend this hotel, in terms of feeling and atmosphere, it is an order of magnitude higher than many threes!

The only one of its kind and the area. I boldly recommend it! Why? It's a threesome, but with beach towels and a shuttle service to the beach, with perfect rooms and excellent cleaning. We stayed at this hotel for 1 day. In general, everything is not even bad: the room, of course, is not new, but clean enough, there is a kettle, tea, coffee, cream and sugar.

Great hotel! We were in July 2024. The room is cleaned daily. The food is decent, the dishes are always fresh and sufficiently varied. Everything is clean and tidy. The hotel has a swimming pool, which sometimes saves you from the heat. The staff works quickly and conscientiously. There are staff who speak Russian. Separately, you can single out the director of the hotel, who keeps order 24/7, so everything is fine-tuned. It takes about 20-25 minutes to get to the sea at an ordinary pace, we walked every day by ourselves, it does not bother. 30 minutes from the Old town, the market, the shopping center and all the infrastructure necessary for a tourist. If we go to Antalya again, we will also stay at this hotel. Thank you, it's a pleasure to relax here!

We stayed in this hotel for two weeks in late September and early October 2024. The hotel is small, cozy, and quiet. It was fully populated, but it had no effect on our comfort. They thought to close completely and turn on the air conditioner. It saved us in the morning hours, we didn't even wake up. The hotel is small but cozy. The staff was hardly seen, the room was cleaned every day, but in our absence. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant. Vegetables, fruits, pastries, meat, chicken, fish... The selection of dishes on the buffet is small, but everything is well-prepared and delicious. It was a bit monotonous for a long stay, but we didn't stay hungry. A very comfortable recreation area on the ground floor. If necessary, on the day of departure, you can leave your belongings at the reception for storage and go for a walk or to the sea, and then clean up on the second floor of the hotel, where there is a shower for those who have already rented a room but have not yet checked out. The hotel is very well located. The beach is 25-30 minutes away at a leisurely pace, and the center and the Old Town are about the same. It is very convenient for hiking enthusiasts. There are public transport stops nearby. You can get to the waterfalls or do a lot of shopping on your own. There are always small things to criticize, but overall, we were satisfied. Matching the price to the quality of a full-fledged four.

The safe and internet are free, although my travel agent said that you have to pay for it. I love Oriental cuisine, the main thing for me is vegetables.You can walk to the beach, the historical center is nearby. We visited this hotel twice during the beach season. Located in the city center, not far from the Old town of Kaleci, the embankment, 8-10 minutes walk to the shopping center Mark Antalya.

I liked the hotel. Located in a residential area, there are cafes and shops nearby. The room was clean. There is a free shuttle service to the beach 3 times a day. We took three meals a day, but next time we will take only breakfast and dinner, since there was a buffet for breakfast and dinner, and lunch was on demand, and it looks like they gave leftovers for lunch in the morning. I really liked the hotel! Everything is clean, cleaned on time, friendly and helpful staff. However, it is not close to the sea, but the area is good, there is a park nearby, many shops, cafes, so you can walk to the sea with pleasure.

The food is for three, they cooked delicious a couple of times, the rest of the time is so-so, there are a lot of cheese and vegetables from the pros. There are no cleaners, in general, they did not clean the room at all for 9 nights and did not change the linen and towels, judging by the stains on the sheets and towels, most likely they were not changed even after the previous tenants. Judging by the hair and eyelashes that have come off in the bathroom and sink, they are not cleaned at all.
The horror of filth, I do not advise it. The only thing the cleaners did was bring water to the room. The cleaners should all be fired, it's a shame not to work like that!
One of the advantages is the location near the center.
The beach is about 25 minutes on foot.

Absolutely everything was fine. The beach is 10 minutes away, there is a free shuttle service. If you are too lazy to go, please go to the deep pool. The rooms are new or freshly renovated. Very stylish, modern. There is a small parking lot. We were in the car, there were enough places for everyone. Two bottles of water daily in the room. There is also a kettle, coffee, sugar. We were there for 4 days and 2 times we had it cleaned. A hearty breakfast, there is plenty to choose from. We ate so much that we didn't go to lunch. And there was something to choose for dinner. Russian-speaking staff. I would especially like to note the hospitality of the staff . Our device broke down and the local electrician soldered the terminal on the same day. We felt at home.

We stayed at this hotel 5 years ago. We chose this one because it is located near the city center (it takes 10 minutes to walk to Gulluk Street) and at the same time not far from Konyaalti beach (it also takes about 10 minutes to walk). We were very satisfied with the service, the rooms are clean, cozy, cleaning every day. There is a swimming pool, a green lawn, a table tennis table. There is a small taxi stand near the hotel, and a grocery supermarket is a couple of blocks away.

Everything is very dirty and old, starting with the elevator. The balcony window does not close well, hence the noise from the street. The bed is not changed, but simply made. I could tell by the stains on the sheets. I've never heard of a vacuum cleaner. So they just carry dirt with rags. The corridors are not cleaned at all. They are dark.

The hotel is good. But for three stars.

I am currently vacationing at this hotel from 02.01.2022. I chose the hotel based on the reviews and was not mistaken. The room has a kettle, refrigerator, TV, slippers (disposable), balcony, climate control. The rooms are really spacious. Hot water in the shower with good pressure. Convenient location: Konyalty on the right, Kaleichi on the left. Nearby is a 10-minute walk to a cafe overlooking the mountains and the sea with inexpensive and delicious breakfasts (~ 25TL ~ 200 rubles)... the hotel also provides meals, but I took a tour without meals, because I plan to walk a lot. Responsive staff, checked in immediately upon arrival at 9 a.m. in a room on the 4th floor overlooking a beautiful road with palm trees. A little later, I asked to be moved to the south side of the hotel and higher (of course, if possible), so that there was a lot of sun, overlooking the minaret and the edge of the sea.. And I was given a sunny room 1604 on the 6th floor, WITHOUT extra charges!! Wi-fi is free and works well. I definitely recommend the hotel!

The shuttle to the beach helps a lot. In the morning we walked - not far 15-20 minutes along the embankment, at lunch we returned by shuttle. Shops, the old town, the center are all within walking distance. A small problem - there is a mosque nearby. Starting at 5 a.m., they periodically sing over the loudspeaker. They're used to it.

I rested alone in July 2021. The hotel is amazing! Clean, the bee staff is friendly. The incredible atmosphere of friendliness in this hotel! The food is good. Stay at the hotel in early May 2023 with a business trip. The location of the hotel and the excellent free wi-fi were important to me (justified itself).
The hotel corresponds to previous reviews and the declared level is good 3*. The administrators speak Russian, especially well and pleasantly to Aybika. Although she won't be able to answer all the questions, she tries to help.
Also, the head waiter Benjamin speaks Russian, a very kind gentleman, from whom you can order lunch / dinner, and there is a second attentive waiter, who kindly brings appliances and coffee. So the service of the staff at the hotel and the attitude towards the guests is very good.
I only had breakfast, they were very poor and tasteless. Tasteless Turkish sausage, raw and fried, mixed with omelette, stewing vegetables, some raw vegetables and fruits, halva. Everything.
Dinner can be ordered for an additional fee.the fee is 15€: you will be served a salad, soup, spread, bread, second course meat with rice and potatoes, 1 sweet bun.
Of the disadvantages of the hotel:
- I was upset by the complete absence of an iron! There is a laundry room opposite the hotel, where the receptionist advised me to take things for ironing.
- there is no transfer to the beach in May. At the beginning of May 2023, and at this time it is not yet the season. Therefore, there was no transfer to the beach, they said it was possible since June. In May, it is not stressful to walk to the beach, since it is not hot, 20-25 minutes on foot. It takes 6 minutes by taxi. Taxi to the beach in 2023 - 40-60 liras. Taxi drivers do not like this trip because it is too short for them and strive not to give change. It's not long to go back up the hill, but it can be hard in summer. The embankment where to go is narrow, if there are crowds of people, then there will be a dense stream.
-Poor food, tasteless breakfasts and dinners with no choice of dishes (again - maybe it's so bad only in May). Then I saw that the other day there was a buffet.
- both phones in my room were not working
- the hair dryer in my room overheated after 3 minutes and then turned off for 10 minutes
In general, the hotel met my expectations (room quality, Internet, cleaning), except for the iron and food. Will I come here again - only if it's on business, there's nothing else to do here. I do not advise young children at all, there is no infrastructure for them (although there is a children's pool and kindergarten).
I think that if you have a small budget, then in summer it will be a great option, with a transfer to the beach and a buffet.
