Terrible service, everything is so difficult for them, so much paperwork and red tape, the staff simply does not know how their program works while they were buying a phone, they spent 3 hours because the program was malfunctioning! We left a whole bag packed through another store, all we had to do was pick up the phone, and when we got there, the phone was already unpacked. By the time we got to the store, they changed the packed bag to an unpacked one and there was already a scratch on the phone. They wanted to change it on the spot, but the staff did not know how to do their job... Complete frustration and waste of time...
