A good hotel complex.
We discovered it for ourselves purely by accident)
Now we always stop only here. Spacious, clean, comfortable rooms. A cozy atmosphere. Good, hearty breakfasts. There is also a restaurant on site. The food is very tasty. It can be ordered in the room. Friendly, friendly staff.

We stayed at this hotel with our family, two adults and two children. The hotel is nice and big. The hotel consists of a complex: sleeping quarters, a restaurant and something else. A large well-maintained, fenced area. The rooms are clean, there is everything you need: a kettle, a refrigerator, disposable accessories. Breakfast is not varied, but you can have a hearty breakfast, there are cereals and milk for children. Of the cons: there is some kind of problem with the mattress in room 113, it falls through in places, which makes it very difficult to sleep. But there was also a bunk bed in the room where you could lie down.
One of the advantages is a golden toilet bowl😀I recommend it for an overnight stay.

I rented room 201 for a week in June 2024. The hotel itself has a good territory, the reception is friendly and ready to help in any situation. There are cages with squirrels on the way from the courtyard to the stairs (you can get aesthetic pleasure if you don't sleep). The hotel has a sauna and a swimming pool. Breakfast is classic: several types of cereals, fried and boiled eggs, sausages and/or cutlets, some pies with meat and cheese, pies for dessert - there is plenty to choose from. There is a kettle in the room, a cooler and a refrigerator. In the shower, a toothbrush with toothpaste, soap, shower gel and a machine are changed daily. The territory is decorated with paintings, sculptures, chairs - colorfully with a steppe theme.
One disadvantage is the Internet, wifi is almost everywhere, but there is no speed and ping.

Not a bad hotel. There are different types of rooms. Its own territory, guarded Parking. Delicious breakfasts. The rooms are clean. There are bookcases with books, a small gym. A sauna and a swimming pool are announced , but I have not seen them . I will give 4 stars because of two points: the sound insulation between the rooms, the range of 300 rooms where I lived is just terrible, the conversation in the next room is not easy to hear, it is clearly distinguishable. And secondly, one of the two days in the evening there was no hot water, only cold and very cold.

We checked into a room with a small window. Without a balcony. Although probably all the rooms in the hotel are like that. I had to smoke on the balcony, which can be accessed through the common corridor/lobby of the hotel.
Some of the plumbing elements have an ornate design ("like gold"). It hurts my eyes.
There are no other inconveniences.
I don't know about the kitchen - I didn't order anything for lunch and dinner from the hotel restaurant. Breakfast and cleanliness are standard, "OK".

Great place! Very friendly staff! He's just incredibly friendly! The rooms have everything you need, including towels, shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, cooler, kettle, refrigerator, hair dryer, air conditioning, telephone, TV (many Russian channels in good quality), wi-fi is excellent 💪💪💪 catches almost all over the territory. Very beautiful and green area (closed!guarded) with gazebos and live squirrels. There is a restaurant, the prices are reasonable, the food is delicious, but the menu is not large. On-site parking is free. There is a sauna and a huge swimming pool!!! 19m in length. There are also Cottages for rent on the territory. We took accommodation with breakfast. Breakfast is served buffet style. Everything is delicious. From cereals and cereals to light salads and cottage cheese. Breakfast is served from 8 to 11.
Of the cons: sometimes there are problems with pressure in the shower. It is not clear what is the reason. That's fine, then you'll wash your face.

Thank you very much for your hospitality! We drove through the city of Aktobe at night, called the Sultan hotel, the seats were still free, the staff was friendly and polite. The hotel is clean, the room is clean, the mattresses are comfortable, the bathroom with shower is clean, and even how beautiful it is, an interesting solution, as the Sultan visited. TV, refrigerator, cooler with hot and cold water in the room. There is a parking lot, guarded. There is a green area with a gazebo on the street. There is a cafe, but we did not go there, we drank tea in the room. Inexpensive. I liked everything, we recommend it!

I have been to Sultan 5 times. I took a standard room (14 thousand tng). Every time I came in, a smoky smell rushed into my face. The food is very tasty, except for the dry pasta with shrimp. The water pressure in the shower is very small (it was explained to me that after 12 pm the pressure decreases) The first time I was there, there was also a toothbrush with paste, a razor, shower gel, shampoo and slippers. The rest of the four visits, the bathroom was limited only to shampoo and gel, which were only half! Also, the last time the remote control did not work, I switched it through the TV buttons. I don't know why I was lucky one time and not the other?? I paid the same price every time.
