We were in the hammam for the first time. We took it from the guide for $ 25.
In principle, we liked everything. We didn't have strong expectations. The program included: salt, steam, mud rooms, sauna, swimming pool, hammam and massage. Everything looks clean, I didn't notice any mold. The mud and salt rooms are cool, but I'm not a fan of the heat either, so I was comfortable.
Massage for 20 minutes. There you will be offered some services. I was told that I have lymph stagnation and need to do lymphatic drainage, but before my vacation I just had a lymphatic drainage massage from a trusted masseuse, who did not see any problems with my lymph) But I did not notice the most obvious thing in my body - problems with my back and neck
The young man also had back problems, although he could not have them.
In general, we don't know what a hammam should ideally look like, but we liked the way it is presented in this place

In general, if you come to relax at the hotel and after meeting with the guide you were offered a hammam at a discount for as much as $ 15 and you go there with burning eyes, then your expectations will all collapse after you get into the building.
So, what do we have:
- old building + unpleasant smell;
- I didn't notice the mold, thank God, otherwise I would have run away as soon as I saw it.…
- undressed with CCTV cameras;
- salt cold room and please wipe off the floor with salt;
- a very strange-looking room with dirt, more like a pigsty;
- shower watering cans made of pipes with holes;
- the sauna and hammam are cold;
- you can not use water - only for money, but what else)));
- all massage treatments lasted 5-10 minutes;
- well, the candy of the massage with oil program, where they will try to shake off money from you because of various diseases they invented (strained back muscles, lymphatic drainage needs to be done, and the like), which can take away a decent amount of money from you for their additional. services…

When at the end of the program they started doing massage, a Russian-speaking woman came into the office and said that our program included a massage therapist's consultation.
She offered me a 1-hour lymphatic drainage massage, its cost is $ 84.
To which I said that I needed to consult with my husband, she said that she would reach him and ask him.
She came back to me and said that he also wanted a massage and told me to do it too.
I asked the cost of his massage, she said $100
How would I think if he wants to be okay.
And when my husband came out , he said that he did not say that he wanted a massage , but he also wanted to consult with me , but they told him they would ask me themselves and it turns out they turned everything around .
It 's unpleasant that they did it in such a deceptive way .No matter how small the amount is.
It's not worth the money, of course! It is still very insulting and unpleasant that money is being fraudulently taken! On the first day of the vacation, we ruined the whole mood!

Our guide recommended a SPA with massage, from anecdotes. My daughter and I were very trusting and didn't even read the reviews. The cost is $ 20 per person (2000 rubles each) Transfer to and from.
The transfer was 25 minutes late. but these are small things. Everything happens.
They brought it to the Sultan.
We were greeted by a pleasant receptionist. You can't take your phone with you…
They were escorted to the locker room, and there were cameras there!!! We only saw it at the end.
They don't give out swimsuits, towels or a bathrobe or any kind of rag. The rooms are very cool. A man accompanies you everywhere.
1. Salt room: there is no salt in the bowl. They offered to wipe off the floor with salt...🤔
Then the photographer came in and took a couple of photos…
2. We were invited to a small Hammam: icy stone benches, steam turned on after about five minutes ... there is a pipe in the center.. I blew a little.. We are almost frozen…
3. Sauna. We went in, it smelled like a cat's toilet… it's very dirty and the benches / boards are layered and they have a layer of pieces of keratinized skin or something else, I don't know ... but at least it's warm, they kind of warmed up ... they stood, they didn't dare to sit down ..

The mud room is the highlight of the program!))) you go into mud slush, ankle-deep ... there are some pebbles and particles at the bottom ... and you need to pick out dry dirt / clay from the "bath", moisten it in a puddle at the bottom and spread it on yourself ... at this moment I already wanted to leave faster…
And it's very cold and quiet... no music, no people, just the photographer who took us and took pictures... the feeling is not pleasant… that's putting it mildly.
4. The soap massage was standard. The M and Z masters have worked well. Finally, we were given two rags for the body and shoulders.
They brought us to the recreation area and gave us a shabby menu covered with duct tape and glued price tags... the cost:
- $ 5 coffee is 500 rubles,
- ice cream "Magnate" (on a stick of 70 grams is required) $ 10 is 1000 rubles.
We laughed of course)))
We thought that was it and wanted to go home... but it turned out that an oil massage was also waiting for us.
My daughter and I were taken at the same time. In different offices.
After 10-15 minutes. the masseur invited an interpreter, who told me that I have 4-5 vertebrae in my lower back and it is very dangerous, it can pinch the sciatic nerve and the thoracic region is very clogged ... and I need to buy another therapeutic massage from them for $ 30....!))
It turned out that my daughter was told word for word)))) I think at least they would change their pseudo diagnoses ...)))) you can't say the same thing so stupidly without creativity... but I am a massage master myself and it just became funny to me. Just nonsense! Stop the session!!! To talk nonsense and wiring ... The masseur did not squeeze anything for me, just smeared it with oil and told me about the disease invented, just to squeeze out money ... like we are stupid sheep for them and they drive us to the stall ... even unpleasant…
In general, for 2000 rubles... I did not expect anything cool. But this is a complete mess!

On the advice of our guide from Anex Tour, we visited the hammam for the first time with a discount of $ 15 per person. You can't take your phone with you, because there is a photographer (1 photo is $ 6), you can't take water with you because drinks are paid (water is $ 2). We were led by a photographer who doesn't even know where the dirt came from. There were 5-10 minutes in each room and 20 minutes lying and waiting to be picked up for a massage. An unpleasant man started doing a massage and went to another office for 7 minutes to my husband, he was told that everything was bad for him and offered to do an additional massage for 30 minutes for $ 30, the masseur returned and said that my husband agreed to an additional massage, and insisted that I also agreed, I refused and That was the end of the massage, he just oiled it up and that was it.
A disgusting place to siphon money, massage therapists are not professionals, the procedure time is Max 1 hour, from which we were constantly waiting.
The first impression of the hammam is spoiled!

1. A shower head is just assembled propylene pipes with holes made with an awl. Many summer residents have better souls.
2. The room with clay resembles a pigsty, and insects can be found there.
3. In the salt room, they offer to rub salt off the floor. So, after a thousand people have walked through it, you have to rub it into your skin?
4. There are cameras in the locker rooms. What for? If so, maybe you should install them in the toilet?
5. A small glass of tea will not be served to you, but will be sold for 5 bucks or 480 rubles. What do you think?
What turned out to be the most egregious was the pilling on which one of the girls (traveled in 3 pairs) was washed by a young guy who allowed himself indecent behavior! After contacting the management for changes and a refund of the funds paid, you are told that you are shit and rolling..
As a result: avoid this place. The concept of service and respect for the guest is missing here. I am once again convinced of how high-quality the service is in Russia.

I was 24 years old in April and September. Nothing has changed. The hamam is in an ugly state. It's dirty, there are cobwebs even in the lounge by the sun beds. The staff is not professional. A more or less decent impression was left after peeling.
The price tag for drinks -cosmos...
is designed to ensure that you will buy something there in addition to the package of services.

But it's my own fault, I got caught by the charisma of the guide. In general, I do not advise, although if you just want to be washed, photographed and then offered to buy these photos for $ 10, then that's your business. The masseur groaned that his back was tense and he urgently needed to do a deep massage for $ 25. It turned out that our entire group of 10 people were told the same story. Expectations were not fulfilled.

I disagree with the previous reviews! I have visited this hammam 2 times. I saw what was written in previous reviews as pros, not cons. The photos were taken with my daughter very cool, the photographer tells me how to pose, makes me laugh and then together we choose which photos can be printed. The crowds of staff are very hospitable and try to make your stay in the hammam cozy and comfortable. And the massage paid for additionally, in my case, had a therapeutic effect. The massage therapist immediately determined that my sciatic nerve was clamped (and this is true) and after just one session, the pain was removed like a hand! Many thanks to all the staff, we will come back again!

I do not recommend visiting this place. Even if you remove the intrusive and rude attempts to sell more services, there is not a single plus. The dirty room, unpleasant odors, crowds of "employees" always scurrying back and forth, at no point did they manage to relax. It's a pity for the time spent. The hammam is aimed at tourists, respectively, they do not need people to return, so they do not give a damn about the quality of the services provided.
