I went to an inexpensive hammam in the city center and will share my impressions a little .
Sultan Suleyman Hammam Traditional Turkish Bath - inside there is a swimming pool, sauna, hammam and relaxation area.
I recorded in the evening via WhatsApp. I was completely ALONE there.
I was given disposable slippers and shorts, and a towel and sent to steam in the sauna. You can swim in the pool periodically.
After that, they took me to a room, laid me on a warm stove and began scrubbing my whole body with some kind of washcloths, pouring warm water on my body.
Then the ecstatic foam massage began. They covered me with soap suds and started massaging me.
Then they washed my hair, washed off all the foam. We made a mask for the face and for the hands. They gave me hot tea and juice.
It all lasted about an hour.
This package cost 45€
You can probably find it cheaper, but I didn't have time to look for it. Of the advantages:
The WhatsApp manager answered all questions very quickly
I was very relaxed, especially after a walk at the bazaar, I was absolutely nothing
It was unusual to be completely washed by another woman
Of course, I haven't been to other hamams, but in my understanding, there should have been a room where sweat drips off you, there was only a dry steam sauna, like a Finnish one.
On the spot, I often did not understand what they wanted from me, whether to get up or lie down.
➖Scrubbing was pretty tough
There was no Turkish vibe, all the staff were Chinese, and the tea was not Turkish and was served in regular cups
As it is, I was more or less satisfied, next time I will have to go to another place to have something to compare it with.

He hid in a courtyard not far from
the main street. In the building of the Sultan Suleiman Palace Hotel. We chose it because it accepts couples. Usually, Turkish hammams are clearly divided into male and female ones. A friendly boy at the entrance asked, 'Frome Rasha ou Ukraine? "The boy had a snow-white smile and dark skin. He took us upstairs and it turned out that the procedure would be performed by two young girls from Nepal. We spoke in English, although at first they said they did not understand English. During the procedure, it turned out that they were from Kathmandu, they go home in the summer, once a year.
The hammam includes two baths - dry and wet, massage and foam massage. The standard program costs 50 euros for a pre-order, we received a 10℅ discount. Personally, I didn't have enough chic, Turkish flavor and oriental exoticism. But I liked the procedure, and I went to the next room to get some color. If you take the premium program for 100 euros, then two treatments will be added - a stop massage and a face mask. At the end, a compliment in the form of a pot of tea, a glass of orange juice, individually packaged water and biscuits.

A very cool place to relax. If you have been walking around Istanbul a lot, then at the end of the trip you definitely need to visit this place for yourself. Women are washed by women, and massage is wonderful. We had the Sultan program. At the end, a face mask and hand peeling, and after you get ready to leave, you will be treated to delicious tea with candy😊10/10 my rating 👍🏻

We liked the place. Quiet, calm, there was no one else but us. Of course, I was disappointed that the pool was cold, and I really wanted to swim, but the experience did not worsen. The massage and hammam are great, thank you
