Была здесь в феврале и июне 2023. В первый раз это был просто взрыв мозга. В центре прифронтового города вдруг..
Стильный и уютный интерьер. Вежливые официанты. Но главное: обширное разнообразно меню. Всё очень вкусно. Летом порадовало сезонное клубничное меню.

I visited this institution in 2023.
I was very pleasantly surprised that in such a difficult time the owners were able to keep this cafe afloat.
It even seemed to me that the level of the institution was slightly ahead of the city level.
I also read the reviews and was surprised at how many people do not understand that they have the opportunity to feel in a cultural environment and try different dishes.
The staff are great as in the restaurant.

Очень разочаровалась данным заведением. Ужинала в Сан Сити 16.02.2023, в двух блюдах мне попался короткий чёрный волос. Я сообщила об этом официанту, в первый раз мне доказывали, что в моей тарелке не волос, а микрозелень. По итогу согласились с тем, что это волос, но ничего не предприняли. Когда я нашла такой же волос в десерте, официант и администрация начали разбираться, пересматривали камеры, согласились с тем, что в тарелке действительно был волос, но опять же никакие меры не были предприняты. Единственное, что я услышала, «Да, волос действительно был в тарелке, но блюдо мы из чека не удалим, потому что волос был не в самом блюде, а не тарелке». Официант мне предложил за свой счет десерт, но я считаю, что вины официанта в этом не было и предложение не приняла. Очень огорчена сервисом и отношением к клиенту, сансити очень испортился.

Хорошее меню, грамотный повар. Но круче всех там официанты. Коллектив с душой подходит к своей профессии. Рекомендую попробовать пиццу.

Вкусно, не так дорого как в других заведениях но для ужина 2000руб нужно иметь на одного человека. Вкусный кальян. Приятный персонал, посоветует что можно покушать. Быстрая подача.
