The show itself is quite good, but do not expect anything outstanding: in half an hour you will be shown 4 birds - there will be tricks with some, but only look at someone and take a picture. But! Why do I give such a low rating and not set foot on this show anymore, why do I tell everyone I know not to go. The host of the show is a disturbed one. How it was: my daughter had a question about birds, and we decided to approach the host after the show and clarify something (about the owl, it seems, the child was interested). It would seem an innocent and momentary matter, if you want to answer, if you don't want to, refuse, no one will be offended. However, the presenter was replaced: just now there was a smiling mass entertainer in front of the audience, experienced, with knowledge of several languages - everything is OK; but one-on-one he suddenly declared that our politeness is rudeness (what?!), besides, we force him to be he was rude to us (what?!!!), then told us to obey and not interrupt him, because he wants to tell us the legend about the Padishah, otherwise we don't think anything (?!!!), switched to "you" simply because "he wants to" - and all this in the blink of an eye. In short, he tried to humiliate in all ways literally out of the blue, as soon as the other tourists dispersed, and no one could be a witness. Clearly, we were shocked, immediately turned around and left. How is it? The psychopath continues to work with people. He's got a partner on the show-what's it like for him? However, that assistant did not smile once for the entire half hour of the show - the very embodiment of gloom - now I think I can guess why

Among the advantages: good location, spacious clean rooms, inexpensive. Of the cons: there is no drinking water, neither in the room nor on the floor, there is no cooler, you can buy water in the restaurant and get boiling water there on request, but only very little, if you have 1 kettle / thermos 900 ml, then you will be poured with a claim. The room does not provide a kettle, dishes (cups/glasses), refrigerator. Upon request, the dishes were given 2 glasses (a cup with a plate is not allowed). In general, drink tea or water only through the restaurant. There is a weak pressure in the shower, but you can put up with it. The main disadvantage is the staff. There was no greeting or farewell. When dealing with service issues, it was felt that the administrator was eager for conflict, quite likely because of racist beliefs. I suggest that the management hold a conversation with their staff, because such unprofessionalism and incompetence are encountered for the first time. During the 3 days of staying at the hotel, I had to go to a nearby restaurant for lunch and dinner, because I no longer wanted to eat at the hotel restaurant. The same thing about the spa area, we went to Tau Dastarkhan, which is nearby, because only the sauna and the font worked in Sunkar. I'll put 3 for the beautiful birds in the nursery. In general, it is suitable for 1 forced overnight stay. I do not recommend it for recreation and entertainment.

An ideal hotel for those who love the silence of nature and mountains, the room is spacious, clean, the territory is well maintained, the prices in the restaurant are the same as everywhere else. Unfortunately, we didn't go to the bird show. The only disadvantage for us is that there is no kettle and glasses in the room, apparently in order to order at the restaurant, which is expensive, and their restaurant closes at 21.00, and we are tea drinkers.

There are not enough shower stalls for such a large number of people. The pool water is excessively chlorinated, dirty and has a lot of hair. No one makes sure that they take a shower before the pool.
