We approached the coffee shop in the afternoon and saw a queue on the street, which was near the very door of the coffee shop. They stood and waited, there were 6 people in the coffee shop itself. It turned out that this was not a queue, but a barista (blonde, young , plump) called her friends there!! A little later, the door opened and they heard "CALL THE GIRLS." I felt like I was in some kind of market, but not in a coffee shop, where coffee costs normally, not a low price) inside, young people and the barista joked vulgar little things, found out who owed whom 8p. The barista contacted anyone, but not with us. Fuck off with us)))
Dear management! Pay attention to this employee, the situation is not the first! If you do not want to lose profits and regular visitors, either conduct preventive conversations with this employee, or fire him! There are many coffee shops in this area, but I will not return to you, at least during the shift of this madam. The mood is ruined, thank you)

Every rule in it seems to be invented on the fly and is very unobvious. At the same time, the baristas say, "if you don't like our loyalty card, you don't have to use it." It sounds unpleasant and I don't want to come anymore. And we stopped coming.
The fact that there is a loyalty card is an absolute norm for every coffee shop, and here you are put in such a framework for using it that it repels and you don't want to come here anymore.
