These are the BEST sushi that I have tried (and there is something to compare it with - sushi in Baranovichi, Minsk). The fish is the most tender, there is a lot of it, in general, there is a lot of filling. The rice is soft and fresh. The taste is balanced. We ordered various rolls, unfortunately this is a mass market at the level of cheap sushi in Russia, I do not compare it with yakitoria and tanuki, but just with something lower, the names of which you usually do not remember.
1. How is there no soy sauce, wasabi and ginger by default?
2. Avocado rolls are not ripe
3. The rice is over-dried
I understand that the best is the enemy of the good, but I'd rather continue searching for alternatives than re-order.

The dressing on rice is either sweet or extremely cloying. And very rarely is rice normal. I think you shouldn't have turned sushi and rolls into a diabetic's hell.
It's a healthy food. And it is fully suitable for a healthy diet. And you've set up a pastry shop.
The last time we ordered the Akito set, which included the Philadelphia roll. And the fish, let's say... It had the smell of a women's toilet.
When we came to figure it out, we found out that the alcohol composition of the antiseptic was to blame for everything, with which we wiped our hands to take the roll in our hand ahhahaha. But lo and behold, having redone the roll. After all the manipulations, the smell was gone. They decided to deceive that the fish is fresh and they have no complaints about the type.
I'll go over the soy sauce too. Why say that you cook it yourself!!!! You fell down there. It is impossible to cook soy in sauce even in a month. And you took and deceived my girlfriend. Who just didn't want to fight with you because it was too late. Dilute with citric acid and lemon. Say so. There is no need to resort to lying to the client.
But they're not all that bad there. Sometimes it is decent and delicious. But it happens sometimes. And the price tag is still good.
One star for "Sometimes." The second one is for the price tag.))
